Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Atlanta

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! If I could give negative stars, I would. My boyfriend and I came to this store and ordered a Extra Most Bestest Pepperoni, crazy bread and Italian Cheese Bread with Dexter P at the front counter. After waiting about 15 minutes, Dexter P. Gave the pizza to my boyfriend and we continued to wait. The people who came in and ordered after us got their food before us and some had also ordered either Crazy bread or Italian Cheese Bread. We waited for about 20 more minutes and my boyfriend decided to go wait in the car because there was only 3 seats total in the lobby because of Social-Distancing. Five more minutes went by and Dexter P. Handed me the crazy bread but said that he was still waiting on the Italian Cheese Bread. I took the bread to my bf in the car and then brought the pizza back because obviously it was cold. Dexter refused to give us a fresh pizza and his excuse was because my bf went outside with it. Mind you, when we pulled up, my car was the only car directly in front of the store and Dexter and his co-workers were also outside smoking so they saw how close the car was and they even spoke to us as we got out. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! Go to a different one and get what you actually pay for. I have worked in the food industry so I know how it works. Dexter P. Could have given us a fresh pizza or could have given us our order all at the same time to avoid this issue. We waisted our money...

If I could leave 0 stars I would! Went in for a Hot and ready pep I asked to see the pizza before accepting it. The crust was really really dark as I would consider nearly burnt and the pepperonis were to the entire pizza didn’t look good at ALL. The cashier said it was fresh I expressed my view and told them I would like to wait for one to come out of the oven. I waited 10mins I went back in to get the EXACT same looking pizza as the 1st one I was offered. I was then told by 2 cashiers and the cook who came to the front that ALL of the pizzas are coming out that way so I simply asked for a refund. The 2nd cashier tried to tell me I was wrong n the pizza look fine and I told her No it does not. I’ve never bought a pizza from there that looks so nasty and burnt and I told her I would just like my refund. She was a little rude about it as well which baffles me because even the lady behind me agreed that the pizza was not up to par and advised them that if they all are coming out that way then maybe they should turn the oven down. Anyway I received my refund and I won’t be visiting this location at Moreland ave any longer. This location has gone DOWNHILL the same for other restaurants...

Ordered several items from this location including a pretzel crust pepperoni pizza when I arrived and got the The pizza was a regular pizza when I brought this to the manager's attention she argued trying to convince me that The pizza, which was a regular crust pizza, was a undercooked pretzel pizza and that she just replied the special sauce to make it brown like it was in the pictures. I've been going back-and-forth for 15 or so minutes. She finally said after getting thoroughly annoyed that. What can she do to make me the customer happy? So I pointed to the picture of what I wanted on the menu, which was a pretzel crust pizza. She then said that she would go and make one. However, what you came back with was a regular stuffed crust pizza and at this point I just had enough after multiple trips and being told that my eyes weren't seeing what a literal regular pizza with salt. Spread half across the crust will never use this location again. Little Caesars, corporate needs to have a discussion with this manager about what their products are in proper...
