PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SALON. The worst experience I’ve had at a hair salon. So I booked with their hairdresser Foxy, I had just had my hair done in less than a week. I was getting a frontal reinstalled so I booked the wig maintenance slot which was $100 which is reasonable for glueing a already customized wig onto someone head. When I got there, Foxy said that because the wig was not installed by her that I would have to change my booking to a new wig install which was $175. I felt that that was unreasonable and wanted to leave, let them keep the $25 dollar deposit. Then the shop owner (derricka) said if I leave they will still charge my card ( which is illegal) but to avoid a legal battle I stayed. As you can guess, my hair came out looking real amateur looking, you could see the lace, and the hairline did not look realistic. I don’t mind paying for good work. But Foxy’s work is not worth $175. I paid 175, she didn’t have to bleach, pluck, wash the wig, she did not have to customize the wig and still charged me damn near 200 dollars. This salon is a one stop shop. I drive all the way from Columbus,GA to buy quality hair to be sewin and I found Transformation beauty studio. The greeting was just well and I was able to buy my hair and get it sewin in. They also had an eyelash tech cause honey once your hair is done you want your face to match it. I didn't get a chance to enjoy the teeth whitening service but I saw another woman get hers done and was intrigued by the results. I loved the conversations the comfortability the family feel how they stylist makes sure you feel comfortable they recommend the styles that's for you and don't let you walk out of there looking crazy. I wanted my hair one way but I'm glad my stylist was honest enough to say she didn't see that vision let her try this and she was 100% right. This is my second time at Transformations beauty studio. My stylist was Queen (if I remember correctly) she did my frontal sew in the first time we met and When I say that was the best frontal sew in I ever head I mean it!! My frontal stayed up for nearly 3 weeks without any maintenance or any problems. I had to double back to her and let her slay my frontal wig, she was super sweet and professional a lot of stylist today don’t even wash your hair she washed and conditioned my hair with no problems.
