This place hates to check out customers after 11pm- consistently tells us to use self checkout for all transactions! So I did and now I lost $250- in a transaction I loaded to GD with a barcode and Store Manaagment supposedly counted self check out draw and although I was the last 2 transactions I did 2 loads for $250 1 went through 1 said error! I called Card account and they tell me I donât have that card number so I canât get the info: yet I was told by store employee and managers that 1- the transaction went through yet clearly stated on my receipt that ERROR ACT : This card/load DID NOT process CORRECTLY . Please see associate for a Refund!!!! Ya that was 8/1/22 at 5:08 AM Iâm sure they pocketed that money since The register was counted and Transaction went through??? TO where Who knows! Karma will come to me 10full and I have no pity on a worker that rather not work and take money before they didnât want to lose their jobs was the excuse and I never heard from Store manager because I work nights and fell asleep before 7-am!    Read moreI have been using this CVS for many years now and tonight I was dropping off a prescription and picking one up for my dog. The girl at the window asked me for my license since one was a A month ago was the first time I got these meds and I was not asked for my license so I asked why. The girl at the window then tried 2 times to run my debit card through and it wouldn't take. I told her that there was money on the card and said to run it through again. She started giving an attitude. I then asked her to run a prescription through to get a price on it and they said that they couldn't. A month ago when I was going to fill another script I spoke to someone there and he was able to give me a price. Well after that my husband said he was going inside. He went in and after being told again that they have to fill the script before giving a price the pharmacist handed the script back to my husband and said that she will not let her employee be spoken to that way...."Snot?"    Read moreI live close to this cvs and have always filled my prescriptions at the drive through but today I went inside because we needed some graduation cards. I stepped up the the window to pick up my prescriptions and stood the until the girl behind the counter said something slightly sarcastic which I didnât hear completely so I said Im sorry I didnât hear you. She then spoke to me like I was supposed to know what she wanted me to do. When it became clear that I didnât understand that she was asking me to use the kiosk her and another employee started laughing about my confusion so I spoke up about not having been born with the knowledge of how to use their system. At that point a woman stepped through the swinging door and got in my face aggressively as if I had done something wrong until I explained that I simply asked the young lady what she said because I didnât hear her and that she had gotten sarcastic with me.
