This is probably the poorest planned Chick-fil-A location Iāve seen anywhere on the East Coast. Negotiating the approach to the Drive-Thru is actually hazardous; all the traffic is funneled through a narrow lane of congested dining-in parking. There are no speed bumps, or anything to deter patrons from flying in regardless of other cars attempting to back out of their spots ā if not fender benders, itās a recipe for road rage galore. Not to mention you have other patrons ā teenagers, people with young families, overweight people who move slowly ā trying to walk through a maze of moving vehicles. Traffic backs out onto the street, too. So, we decided to run in to use the restrooms. For some reason, the management does NOT stock simple napkins IN THE DINING ROOM, so when you inevitably need another one, you are forced to go back to the busy counter, ājumping the lineā and getting the ire of the butterballs waiting for their own turn to order food. Our order was a simple: just a couple of shakes, minus the whipped cream. We have our nameā¦and WAITED. 9-10 minutes later, nobody had asked why we were still at the pickup counter waiting. When someone finally did, he seemed interested in helping, walked into the kitchen, and then disappeared. Finally, a second person took an interest, but could find only one of the shakes and had to remake the second. Regretted visiting this location and wouldnāt again if we lived...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI recently called in a catering order for a small Mac and cheese and the girl zoe who picked up the phone was so ignorant she asked me if I wanted to pay cash when I got there or credit over the phone i proceeded to tell her they always make me pay before placing an order but as I was speaking she hung up. I literally called the store 25 times and finally someone answered I began to explain to them how rude she was over the phone she made a point to go out of her way to come talk to me to tell me I was going to have to wait 40 minutes because she never placed my order over phone and took my credit card she charged me 56 dollars for a mac and cheese told her that was insanity I have been ordering at that location never paid more than 40 dollars she said well thats the price gave me my card and recipe long story short she was wrong I got the difference out of my money and you better believe I called care and I'm now waiting on a call back from coperate manager needs to make sure they know who they are dealing with before just making anyone an employee let alone a manager I have been in the food service industry for over 15 years and have never written a bad review but this was person was rude and ignorant enough to where I could not leave it alone especially talking to me that way in front of my 5 year...

I didnāt receive my complete order, the, chocolate milk with the kids meals wasnāt included, no sauce and the staff was very rude. I ordered a Classic Chick fa la sandwich and was given a spicy sandwich that was wet on both buns. Iām unable to process spicy food due to stomach issues I also ordered a Ice cream cone and the guy grab it with his bare hands all over the cone. When I asked for another cone two little guys started to laugh as well as the Manager. I did t find any humor regarding this matter. The manager indicated thatās how they serve the cones. I told her that the employee had his hands all the way up the cone touching the ice cream she reiterated that how they are served that extremely unsanitary and not safe for the consumer. Unfortunately I didnāt have time to go back to request a refund and I didnāt feel like the manager would correct the order from previous conversations.
Chick fa la is usually a safe place to get food no matter where you are they have outstanding customer service and the food is mostly fresh. However I will never go to this...
