I’m not sure why there are negative fake robot reviews for this store—it’s a hidden gem! The space is neat, well-organized, and spotless. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly helpful and polite, making the shopping experience even better.

The clothing selection has a great western vibe with a modern twist, perfect for anyone who loves that style. I was especially impressed by their collection of snap-back hats—an absolute must for someone like me who wears hats all the time. Their boot selection is also fantastic, featuring a diverse range of brands and styles.

This store is beautiful and well-organized; however, I was disappointed with the customer service. An older woman with glasses did not acknowledge us and offered no assistance. I had to greet her myself because she simply looked at us without saying a word. I honestly didn’t feel welcomed at all and felt ignored. I believe that customer service should be a priority, and having staff members like that does not reflect well...

Walked in an hour before close and 4 associates are behind the counter talking to each other while on their phones. We were the only 2 people in the store for 15 minutes browsing for jeans and not one of them came up to us offering assistance. Disappointing experience and will shop at Runnings and Work Gear next...
