This location seems brand new or newly renovated. Everything is clean and fresh, and up to date. The kids had a really fun time. It is somewhat small and limited, though. The menu is also quite small and limited, especially for people with various dietary requirements (like vegetarian). Additionally, the payout from the games on tickets was very, very low compared to other arcades, and the number of tickets required for the prizes did not seem to match with such low ticket earning. As a child of the '80s and early '90s I also missed the animatronics. The 'stage' area has been replaced by a big screen that plays various Chuck E. Cheese videos. A costumed mascot also came and visited briefly, but without much fanfare or enthusiasm. The trampoline area was fun for our 4 year old, and other kids seemed to be really enjoying that, too. One very cool and useful thing they did was to have each member of the family stamped with special ink (and a number or something unique to our family/group) that they checked before we could leave, to ensure that the kids weren't taken by strangers/creeps. Very cool!

Pricing for kids isn't that bad for regular weekend or weekday fun, but parties are another story. The price isn't gouging, but isn't great either. $25 per child. My daughter had 18 friends go. Do the math. Not cheap. That doesn't count food we needed to bring, like pizzas. Altogether cost us around $500. The kids always love the place though. Games are the cheapest around at 1 token/1 quarter for every single game, ride, etc. Now it's even easier as they've gone coinless, with just cards that are loaded with cash, like a debit/credit card that gets quickly scanned at each game. The long party tables are situated way too close together leaving little room for movement between parties. If you're at all claustrophobic, don't bother, you'd run out screaming. The food is below average. Salad bar is the best deal. Our family doesn't drink soda, so there are few options for drinks. All in all, a decent experience, taking the good with the bad, and since the kids had a good time, all's well that ends well.

Great experience at the Chuck E Cheese in Attleboro tonight. Thank you so much! This is straight from my wife’s Facebook. ~We had the best experience at Chuck E. Cheese tonight, thanks to an amazing (what I assume to be) manager. All Jaxson wanted was to see Chuck e. (That’s really all he cares about when we go, just look at the kids outfit 😂) but apparently he only comes out for bday parties now, which we found out when george asked after we waited forever to see if he’d come out. Jax was sooo upset. Then all of a sudden this wonderful manager comes walking over to Jaxson with Chuck E. 🥹❤️❤️ Sweetest thing ever. (I’m pretty sure Chuck’s pants were on backwards because he got dressed so fast after george asked about it 🤣🤣)

My experience at this place was heartbreaking and absolutely repulsive. They advertise for “Sensory Sundays” and claim that they train their staff to handle and accommodate people with sensory issues and may struggle with loud music or lights. My family and I came to this location and we were greeted by someone standing there who did not greet us nor make any effort to ask about any potential accommodations my family may need. My sister is visibly disabled and has multiple sensory processing disorders and was immediately stressed and overwhelmed when she walked in and due to the advertisements on their website- we were under the impression that staff had underwent training for these instances. Staff said nothing or made any attempt to be helpful in a situation where accommodations were clearly needed despite supposedly being trained to do so. We asked if they had a a quieter area for people with sensory issues and received a nonchalant “No not really.” by the greeter. My sister was visibly uncomfortable and acting out due to the immediate sensory overload. We left within 5 minutes of entering and staff proceeded to say absolutely nothing. My mother and myself went back inside to speak to a manager and only then were we informed Sensory Sundays only happen on the first Sunday of the month. I am fully willing to take blame for not researching thoroughly enough as to when these days were happening but I am not willing to excuse the behavior of the staff who “helped” us. They all had AirPods in and were paying no mind to what was actually happening around them or with the patrons. This was disgusting behavior and absolutely inexcusable. For a company to advertise that they train staff to accommodate or appropriately respond to situations such as this one and then proceed to ostracize and minimize this situation and the issue is absurd. I am absolutely flabbergasted. My sister was so excited to spend the day here for her birthday and ended up absolutely distraught. I expect more of companies that are purely intended for entertainment specifically...

We had our daughters Bday party there recently. Kudos to Angelica (our host) who was great. It was a hot day and we had confirmed multiple times (over phone) and on the day of the party when we checked in with our host that we could bring in water for our guests. Cake, water and icecream were allowed as per the conversations. But when we were bringing in the water cases inside , we had to deal with an extremely rude and unprofessional Manager (so she said) named Lacey . She started shouting on one of my guests who was bringing in the water saying no outside food allowed. My guest informed that it has been discussed and we are just getting water and there was NO FOOD being brought in. She shouted and was extremely rude and went inside. If there was any confusion regarding what was confirmed , she could have talked to my Host and myself , she had no right to talk to my guests the way she did and there should be action taken against her as she didn't even have the courtesy or decency to come out and apologize to the guest for being rude . Also Chucky was not at all playful , kept shooing the kids away and literally seemed to be stoned, not staying for pictures, not even high fiving toddlers. Just stayed for a few minutes and walked away. Hopefully it was not Lacey under the Chucky costume :) . Final review - Place is great , pizza was great , Our host Angelica was awesome. Managers needs to first talk to their staff before loosing their marbles over paying guests and a little...
