When visiting the area from Ontario this store is always our first stop. This is the one Toy Store with exceptional, unique and high quality items for any age. Mack and Freddie are well experienced and are always there to help find that perfect toy or gift. I have dealt with them both, and must say always a huge help and great chat. Sarah who also there, is just as fantastic. With such a large inventory she also makes the time to help, by showing you different items so you can make the right decsion. Though these toys do basically sell themselves, they're that great. Store is well organized, clean isles, nicley lighted with amazing displays. BUYER BEWARE— Feb. 7, 2025 I spent $179 at this store.

It was my first time to this toy store & they were selling Sonny Angels. I was so excited to purchase them because I haven’t been able to find them in stores. The lady at check out told me they were genuine Sonny’s so I bought a lot. That was my mistake. When I got back home I opened one & realized that they were fake. I wanted to return them immediately. I called the store telling them my issue & expressed I wanted a refund. They told me there is nothing they can do.

All in all I would like this to be made right. They should not be selling fake anything & advertising that they are real. I would really like my money back or the place shut down. I am leaving reviews & the manager of the store refuses to talk to me. This isn’t right. hope to...
