The worst place to order from, the workers don’t work they be in the back all day making tik toks, the manager don’t work she makes tik toks with her workers in the back and the manager lets workers bring their kids into work with them and let’s them work too and the kids are underage, the Cinnabons aren’t fully cooked they’re undercooked and still raw and doughy, the manager Estasia I think her name is has the worst attitude. They need to send corporate in their undercover one day and catch them all in the act red handed, the kitchen is dirty don’t nobody sweep or mop there, they let it overflow with bubbles one day for a tik tok prank. Worst experience ever they only accept cash okay I go to the ATM I have to pay a $3 fee. I go back get in line ask for a six pack of roles. She bring them to me cold I say oh no I would like them hot please oh we can't sell them hot it'll melt the Box it's not true I go to the food truck on Dix and king or West Road and Telegraph,get them no problem they are very nice great customer service this place no customer service I'm very disappointed I was excited for it to open. I may be disappointed but I am going to give them one more shot I'm going to go to the food truck get my six-pack hot. And then the week after that go back to the mall and try it again....

I wanted to love this location, but it’s hard to get a 4-pack (or 6-pack) of rolls for my family. I visit hours before closing (multiple times) and they never seem to have 4-packs left, so they make you buy 4 individual rolls for a premium price compared to a price of 4-pack.
