Totally bad service!! The saleswomen are totally racists! I was regarded as a thief when the saleswoman found a label on the floor in the fitting room (even maybe not the one I went). She said I took three items but only gave back two of them, however I left the label of the third one. I explained that I took four free people bras and placed all of them back and I never tried the two bras she got( I don't know where she got them). Then a male manager asked me to show him my poorly little back bag(sized two hands), I thought it was so offensive but I did as he said. Nothing in my bag, of course. They another female manager asked to explain again and after that she talked with other people and let me wait in the fitting room. Lastly she came to me with the bad racist and said sorry. The bad woman just lied on the door and expressed her apology without any honesty. Really bad experience and the first time to suffer the racism!!! They didn't have any evidence and thought I stole the item just because I am an Asian! Poor service! Bad guys! I did nothing wrong, why should I be suspended...
Read moreI bought christmas tree today with 75% off. I was asking to open it before I buy it but they said ‘no’ because that is new item. But after I bought it condition was awful as a picture and different item is in it. So I came back to Dillard’s and ask to exchange it but they said no exchange and no return even item was defect or something. I have to contact manufacturer by myself to handle it. But the worst thing is product is not what I should have. I bought 700 dollars christmas tree but inside 70 dollars cheap tree is in it. I can’t believe this situation happened at Dillard’s. When you buy defect or something in Dillard’s with clearance, you should handle it by yourself. That is Dillard’s rule.
Update : After I sent email and post this review, I got an email from assistant manager that she would refund it. But still it was unpleasant experience. Read moreI recently had to shop for a semi-formal, only blue dress or outfit for a wedding. Yes, the invitation politely asked all of the guests to wear a shade of blue. I went to several stores and was running out of options. So, on February 6, 2025 I went to Dillard's and I was pleasantly greeted by Johnetta Mcneil (Lai Lai) in the ladies department. I had the absolute BEST experience with finding a women’s, semi-formal, blue outfit for the wedding. And, then she took me to the shoe department and we picked out the perfect shoes for my outfit. She was patient, personable, friendly and VERY helpful to me. I am usually on online shopper and so I am not good at actually going into a store and finding something perfect for me. Lai Lai helped me SO much without letting me feel like a burden. I left feeling SO confident that I had the perfect, semi-formal, blue outfit for the wedding.
