This rating is indicative of an experience I had last week. Ordered Southwest salad, which I love. This one however was different it was wet all at the bottom. I drove back around the attendant said he would let manager know so I could receive fresh salad. Subsequently salad #2 same thing, pull up well make it fresh, salad #3 same brown liquid. I have to go back to drive thru for fourth attempt. Salad #4 I ask to speak to manager. She comes out not nice at all like I am now the problem. She insist the salad is fresh. I again hold up salad and explain this isn’t how the salads typically are. She wasn’t apologetic or empathetic to the fact I now am on my 3 visit in the drive thru (at the 26th busiest location in the US and the 1st in the state). When she came to the car I still had the original salad (the one in the photo) I told her straight up I wanted to keep it so I could add the chicken to my fresh salad for the inconvenience. She then told me I couldn’t, I replied fine well I still want some type of compensation for my time. It’s so frustrating companies continue to raise prices and when there is a fixable issue they react in this way. She then just handed me back the salad and went to try for the #5. Asked me to pull up. She delivers #5 it’s finally correct. I go home to enjoy my salad and remove chicken from first salad and then I see what the obvious problem was the entire time. The brown liquid was from the beans and corn. I’m assuming when it was prepared that day it wasn’t drained properly. Read moreI ordered through the mobile app for curbside pickup yesterday. Called the store after 15 minutes of saying it was on its way. The guy who answered was rude when explaining they were busy and how I wasn’t the only one waiting for food. I understand having bad days or being stressed or being busy, but his attitude was not okay. I waited 50 minutes in the end and never got my food which is crazy. I’m giving it three starts cause when I went back to try and get a refund the manager was super apologetic for the whole situation and said it shouldn’t have happened and the workers attitude is not something they’re proud of. I’m still waiting to get a refund for the food I never received, and from what I understand it’s something I have to take up with cooperate. I understand at the end of the day that stores get busy and people have bad days, but waiting almost an hour, especially after calling the store to figure out what’s going on, only to never get your food is outrageous. Our app wasn’t showing the normal screen when you go to pick up Curbside so we asked one of the workers as she was walking back inside if she knew if we needed to come in or not since the app wasn’t working. The worker got our order name, said it was no problem and she’d go check on it and bring it out to us. We ended up spending the entirety of our lunch break (~40 minutes) waiting for the food, the girl we talked to never comes back out. We tried calling, it took 3 times before someone answered and they said our food was processed as carry out so we needed to come in. I understand obviously they can’t control the app not working, but the worker told us they would check on our order and bring it out to us. They never did, nor did they come out to tell us we needed to come in so waited for nothing and our food was completely cold by the...
