DXL Big + Tall — Local services in Auburn

My husband and I have a wedding to attend and always struggle on finding him something that fits and compliments me. We have always shopped at local "brick and mortar" stores. Never again after our experience here today! From start to finish, my husband was treated like royalty. After asked what color schemes were needed, showing a picture of my dress; he was measured and given many options, including all matching accessories. Seth was beyond helpful, setting us up to be best dressed. Not only was he helping my husband try on the best fitted shirt, but he was also helping the other three guests that were looking as well. He multi tasked wonderfully, we took all of his suggestions. Seth truly made.my husband realize there are stores that actually suit and FIT his needs, desires and stature! John was fantastic running the front end. He was polite, courteous, quick/efficient and made our checkout experience beyond pleasurable! The store was clean, clothes sorted/folded and everything was assorted accordingly. We will be returning for every day attire for my husband based on the service we received tonight! Thank you...

So my son was going to a wedding on Sunday and was in the market for a new shirt. On Saturday he went out looking for one with no success. At the same time my wife and I were out shopping in a different town/store. To help him, we decided to enter the DXL store in Auburn Ma. Wow! We were amazed at the styles, colors and options there. upon entering, we were met by Seth and he is fabulous. As we shared with him about our son and what he needed, Seth's eyes just lit up. He has a passion for what he does. He wants big and tall men to look and feel good about the way they dress. We immediately called our son to have him go there. He was not able right then but did go the next day. Seth had told us the he would not be there but that John would be. John worked with my son and helped him pick out a shirt that fit great. First, we went to a Men's Warehouse in a nearby mall and the experience was terrible. They had us waiting almost 45 mins and I went through multiple people trying to find what I needed. I was done with it, so I went to DXL instead. That isn't a decision I regret. They found what I needed quickly, it fit perfectly, and the material was quality. We ended up spending almost 3 times less than what I would have spended at Men's Warehouse. Seth was really nice and I'll probably come back as when I can.
