I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but this experience was beyond frustrating and disappointing. I tried to return a suit I purchased just 3 days ago with the tags still attached and the receipt in hand. Jessica, the store associate, rudely refused the return, falsely claiming the suit was worn. I asked to speak to the manager she said she was the manager. I called the 800 number to file a complaint they said they’d contact the store. I then spoke to Stephanie, who claimed to be another manager, and she said she’d approve the return once HR called her. But when HR followed up, the manager suddenly stopped cooperating and refused to provide any information. At this point, it’s clear I was lied to.
