I went here about two months ago to shop for a new mattress. Before, I had gone to a large mattress store chain and had a salesman try hard to sell me a mattress that was little better than a $1200 piece of plywood. So when I read about Mattress By Appointment and saw the heap-ton of good reviews, I was anxious for a better experience. I wasn't disappointed.

Nick was the ideal salesman: no pressure, no tricks, just informative and willing to work with my needs. He asked for a price range and guided me to what he had, letting me know up-front if a mattress was outside of the range I told him. He was highly knowledgeable about any mattress that I tried.
