Bought a $4,000 system at Nate’s and had problems with it for years. Every time I took it to them they made excuses for its problems. Once the stereo (in dash) went out completely they replaced it at full price knowing I had complained about it for two years. Said it was out of warranty now. When the new stereo (in dash), continued to have the same problem I stopped at Auburn Car Stereo and the owner came right out to my vehicle and in a matter of minutes discovered a couple of connections and switches on my amplifier in the back that were set wrong. The previous owner of my car had a broken window replaced. However the repair work didn't clean up the broken glass inside the door cavity, the passenger seat cushion also had a seam come unstitched due to threads getting cut from the glass. Nate's Audio and Upholstery gave me an accurate quote and was able to get my car in the next day. The work was complete the same day, and the work done is outstanding! I over payed by at least 25% in conparison to any audio shop toward rocklin, roseville or citrus heights would charge. I had to bring my vehicle back because they didn't install radio correctly. I paid to have carpeting done and over 3 weeks later and multiple calls later trying to find out when they could do it after they said it would be 2 days its still not done and i have no answers.
