LOFT — Local services in Auburn

I spent over 10 minutes in this store browsing today, and on my last trip to the store, and I was completely ignored by the staff. I didn't purchase anything on either trip. Today I went to the counter to purchase a top. When asked by the clerk if I had found everything I needed, I told her no. I told her that no one had spoken to me, nor offered to help me. She didn't say ANYTHING!!! No apology, nothing!!! When I attempted to buy the top, I was told that I couldn't use my rewards card due to a policy change. I then stated that I wouldn't be buying the item. Again, no reaction from staff, nor the manager. They DON'T DESERVE YOUR...

I would give zero stars if I could. The loft style rewards system is a scam. And while they might have some amazing clothes, overall, what I am reviewing on Google is mostly in store help. Some of the workers have been great. Overall, not so much. Definitely...
