Went here after multiple dealerships and buy here pay here's in Avon Park, Sebring, Lake Wales, Bartow, Lakeland, and Winter Haven. Traveled pretty far. And we only visited those places after looking at their reviews, but after going they either had junk cars, or were overpriced, and the salesperson either did too much, or too little. (Not asking for perfection, but it takes two to make a deal) After checking the reviews we decided to come here. We initially looked at a Sienna and it didn't work out for us, but we ended up making a great deal with Rafael on a Grand Caravan he also had on the lot. Great sales person. Great energy too. Not pushy, gets things done and goes above and beyond for the name and sake of the business. Noticed a few things once we got the car home and he was quick to work with us to get it fixed (even though he didn't have to). All the employees had smiles, even from the JJ Auto Tech side. In this mad world that means alot in the car business. We're very happy with our purchase and would definitely come back. Thanks again.

!UPDATE! Brought it there a total of seven times to get things replaced from purchasing on 7/1/25. Bought it used as is. So we knew what we were getting into but not this. (Mind you, Ive been the one mostly dealing with this because after multiple serious things started happening of course my husband got mad and felt we were cheated on a crap car and no longer wanted to deal with him) Things ranging from door locks not working, door window switch not working, passenger HEADREST AIRBAG DEPLOYED while car was stopped and off no one was driving thank god. The COOLANT OVERFLOW HAD SLUDGE in it, RADIATOR HAD SLUDGE in it. The car blew up on us on the side of the road because it overheated we’ve paid in total over $1000 so far getting repairs done between tires, oil coolers, parts, labor. He replaced battery for free because the car wouldn’t start went dead on us. Had to pay for starter relay, and radiator cap. Engine light was on that was spitting out a P0430 code which means there’s a problem with bank 2 on the catalytic converter. Tire sensor is shot in one of tires which he gave to me for free but didn’t replace it. It’s been one thing after another brought it in there today because it’s running hot again and tons more sludge. Last time said it wasn’t gaskets but then this time said if it was he would replace them for free. He texted my husband that’s he’s a liar on something very simple about water on the oil dipstick?! Rude. That just really didn’t need to even take place, then after I called him about it, gave some metaphor on attracting bees with honey rather than vinegar. I felt animosity at that moment and I told him we were getting the car back bring it up front please and that we were done dealing with him. I left a good review based on our 3rd interaction and giving the benefit of the doubt just to come across another shyster. Thanks.

*Another great experience with Avant and Rafael. Wanted something smaller with a better A/C because this heat has gotten ridiculous. I contacted Rafael and told him which car I was interested in and he immediately started the process to get me what I wanted. He worked with my needs above his needs as he always does. If you want an honest and genuine human being to do business with, this is the place. I rarely recommend anyone or anywhere but Avant Auto Sales and Rafael are worthy to stand behind. I absolutely love my 2015 Nissan Altima and excited every time I get in to drive it. Thank you again, Rafael. You're the man!

*I am now on the 3rd car that I have bought from Avant. If anything goes wrong, I bring it to the new and improved shop and they fix it right up and I'm back on the go. I may never buy a vehicle from anywhere else.

We have aquired a DODGE RAM 1500 from this company. Drove the car home. After 36 hr parked at home we tried to start the car however it would not start. The dealer picked up the car and promissed to fix the problem. He had the car for over 2 weeks and returned the car informing the problem was fixed and, - will provide the receipts of the repair for there would be a warranty on the repair. Obviously the problem was not fixed for the car shows the same "unable to start" symptoms and is not driveable. The dealer promissed to submit the documents of the repair and we could contact the mechanic for there would be a warranty on the repair. No documents, no responses to phone calls or text messages. A MAN'S ONLY AS GOOD...
