At first, they are unprofessionally screaming at each other that they cant hear each other on the microphone. This dude keeps his microphone on the whole time talking to whomever so I have no idea who he is even talking to. I hear the people in front of me at the window while he is talking to them. I repeatedly tell him I want two eggnormous burrito combos to where he keeps reverting to the jr burritos and asking if I want 4. I repeatedly told him no, I want the eggnormous burrito combos. Of corse I get my food and circle back to tell them they have the wrong order. Im told they are no longer serving breakfast and will not remake it. I drive to the window and talk to the lady to where i tell her the dude at the window is not hearing people's orders. I heard him asking people to repeat their order in front of me. This lady has the audacity to lie to me and tell me she heard me say jr burritos when I sat there and heard them argue that they couldn't hear each other in their microphones. She asked for the food back to give a refund. She sees the tater tots are gone and asks for them back. I asked to remake my order and they refused because it was one minute past 10:30 so the tater tots were gone. I just wanted the burritos I ordered.    Read moreI have been going to Burger King for a long time. Tonight is the first night that I am complaining about the food being cold. I ordered a medium Big Fish meal, nugget meal medium, and 2 whoppers and a small fry, all of it was cold. After paying for my order, I was told to go park, and they would bring my order to me. I tried calling the Store, after being on the phone for a while, it sound like someone hung up on me, then I called right back, no one picked up.
As I was waiting in my car, there were perhaps 4 or 5 young men standing next to the entrance as I was waiting on my food outside, but I saw a woman dressed in a Burger King uniform exchanging words, at least, it appeared to be. At first I thought she was bringing out my order, but she did not. Shortly after then, my order came out. I checked to see was my order correct, and it was, but when we had driven off ,and we went home like we always do, this is when we realize how cold the food was. It taste like it was sitting for a while.
I just thought perhaps the customer should be first, and things should have been handled in a different way with the young men. I am not saying that Burger King was in the wrong, but my order should not have...

I waited for my order longer than normal due to the fact that I ordered no salt fries, thatâs no problem. The problem comes when I pull off and want to get a fry. Not only were they NOT hot, the container was less than half full. I ordered a value fries and the 2 for $5 whopper itâs with cheese, no mayo. I pulled the burgers out of the bag, double check the fries and there werenât any on the bottom of the bag. I drive back and go into the lobby, mind you, not even 2 minutes go by. I tell the girl at the front who was with the manager on shift, both were rude and unpleasant dispute me being understanding. She worker goes ahead and say that the fries were at the bottom of the bag which I proceeded to show her they were not. Manager takes over the fry station and give me semi soggy fries with no salt.
