I would give no stars if I could. A few hours after we returned home from KFC my husband and I both had diarrhea and I was still sick to my stomach for three more days. We had to wait a very long time for our food. My husband's chicken was so hot he could hardly eat it. My sandwich was tasteless and the mac and cheese tasted bad. The soda fountain drinks, (we tried 4 or 5 different ones) were all watered down and tasted bad. The tables, chairs and floor were all very dirty. We were very disappointed having paid so much for the meal, the restaurant being so dirty, having to wait so long for our food, the food and drinks tasting bad, and getting sick. I called KFC's customer service the next day and explained what had happened during our visit. The customer service guy apologized and said that he would expedite my concerns because of both of us having diarrhea and that someone would get back to us very quickly. I also went on KFC's website and did a review. They responded by email and needed more information about my visit. The email from KFC was from Miriam and the case number was 03835384. I responded with the information that she requested and got a message back that the the recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending your message later. I tried to send my response 4 more times for 4 days in a row and got the same response that the mailbox was full. I also called the customer service 3 more times and each time explained what had happened during and after our visit to KFC and that I was not able to send my response to Miriam because of her mailbox being full. Every time that I called they apologized and said that my case would be expedited because of us having diarrhea. I still have not heard back from KFC. I will not be going back to KFC. There are plenty of other chicken places that will treat me...
Read moreThe food is always good but on this trip, the service was abysmal. I asked a question at the drive through but I got no reply. I waited a bit, then I said, "hello, anybody there?" Still nothing. I hollered again, but no one answered, so I figured, ok, fine, and I just drove straight on up to the window. The person at the window had a totally drop dead look on her face. I asked her, "is the speaker not working?" She said, "no, it's working, but you had pulled up too far and I couldn't hear you." The whole time she looked at me like I had really irritated the heck out of her. She never apologized for making me wait in line, for not answering me, and I have never heard of being out of range of the speaker... especially since I hadn't moved my car after she asked to take my order. So I ordered at the pay window since that was apparently the only way I was going to get my order. After I finished my transaction with Miss sunshine and light I parked my car and went inside to tell the manager what had occurred. I asked her if the intercoms were working and if there was such a thing as being "out of range". She assured me the was nothing wrong with the intercoms and that the was no such thing as them being out of range. She apologized for her employee's rudeness and assured me she would talk to her. Maybe it's just me but if I was a manager and I had a customer who was so angry about the shoddy service she'd just received at the drive through...so much so, that she pulled around after getting her order and came inside to make a complaint, I would do more than apologize. I would have at least offered a coupon for a free item to maintain good customer relations. I probably won't return to that KFC. I don't like...
Read moreI came one evening close to closing and I had ordered an expensive meal. One of the buckets, the family meal and I was missing four pieces of chicken and the other sides were not perfect. I went back well. First my girlfriend called in told him what had happened and I don't remember where I placed the receipt and she told him that she didn't have the receipt that I had it and for me to go back up there the next day and I did and I told him I didn't have the receipt but on the phone I remembered they said if we didn't have a receipt all they need is the last four numbers of my debit card and I told him that and they said no that never happened. Heard it through their own voice over the phone and that's what they tell me. So in other words they didn't want to fix my food. I'll give him one star. That's it and since I found out Mr. Tinsley doesn't own it no more I will never go back there again because as long as Mr. Chasity had that place and ran it right. Everything was always perfect. Now that he's not there everybody there has nothing but attitudes and making smart remarks so I will never...
