Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Auburndale

Absolutely worse experience in Auburndale... and we eat out a LOT around town! The kiosk was super slow taking the order... then it took forever for someone at the counter to even acknowledge us... then after waiting another 30 mins... food no where near being served... asked for a refund and the girl at the counter was rude, slow and made it very clear that the speed of the food coming out was not her problem... the speed in which she told her manager that I wanted a refund was not her problem and then she continued to escalate her hostility towards me and my frustration over the entire situation and her lack of concern and zero accountability... definitely zero customer service skills are being taught and are part of their training of the team... two other employees came to pull her back and kept telling her to calm down... I hate that we will NEVER again give any business to this location... even though the one girl finally returned my money... everyone there allowed the situation to turn into what it did. Total lack of concern for demonstrating any kind of customer service! 40 minutes of my life gone but a huge lesson learned... awful employees can and will eventually cause the complete failure of a location and that is sad... I'm sure the people that are financially involved in maintaining this restaurant have no idea that valuable repeat customers are being treated in...

I went to the store and ordered a 2 can dine and my order was wrong I asked for mild chicken and the manager was black and when I called on the same day I went and purchased my food a hour later I began to eat the chicken I noticed that it was spicy instead of mild so I called the restaurant and I didn’t know who I had spoken with they told me to come with my receipt so I went there today with my receipt and the manager who fixed my food was there and I had a witness in the car with me she humiliated me and asked so rude I will never come there again the lady at drive through window was very polite and kind I feel like I was discriminated against I told her that I always pay for my food every where I go and I am not hard up because I have food cooked at my house the lady that wasn’t the manager acted better than the manager that place was filthy and the chicken was hard I started to call the health department how I was treated you really didn’t deserve a star I could have brought back the chicken but I was told to bring my receipt and they would replace it that was my first time ever coming there my mind told me not to go there if my friend who was riding with me wouldn’t have been with me and wanted me to stop I never would have come there it didn’t look clean on the...

If I could give a 0 star I would! I have picked up several deliveries from this place, first few months of getting orders here the lobby was closed. Not to mention the lobby had several children playing in it like a playground with toys and clothes scattered everywhere! I sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes because they refused to hand me the food outside. So months down the road the lobby is finally open. I come in and get told its drive thru only ( lobby was not locked ) I told them I am picking up a delivery and it should be ready, they tell me its going to be 20 minutes and to wait outside. So I'm waiting outside and the lady at the register is cashing out a customer that came in and ordered! So I come in and yet again I get told to wait outside. I ask why I am getting sent outside but they are allowing carryouts in to order. The manager told me the person up front was their father, what gives yall the right to pick and choose who to help?
