It's a little disheartening to see such an establishment I've been relying on for appliance parts replacement for over 15 years losing their polish over time. Phone service seems to be on point vs some of the other reviews. The actual purchase however left me with some concerns about the condition of the part in question. It already had some scratches which was advised by the rep that the part I wanted all their stock were scratched up and it wasn't an issue. I wouldn't mind it if this was cosmetic, but the piece in question doesn't have such things. For now, I'll take their word, but the experience didn't give me confidence to warrant repeat business.

Called to get pricing on a few items. Gave me pricing for the first couple but didn’t want to give me part numbers. The guy was very defensive from the start and said he didn’t want to give part numbers in order to prevent me from ordering online some place else. Since he was so rude, I told him “you know what, don’t worry about the last couple items”, then he hung up on me basically before I finished my sentence. Dont waste your time and money here. I got a part for my dryer cost $50 worked for about 30 seconds and burnt out. I called them and they told me to come back with it (i live 30 minutes away) when I got there they said they wouldn't do anything for me but sell me a new on for $36. They refused any warranty or return even though I had it for less than 2 hours. I went online and ordered the same part for $18 and it will arrive in 7 days. Don't waste your time and money at this place, go online and pay a third of the price and wait a week and the website...
