If I could give a 0 star, I would! Called ahead of time to make sure that my daughter could get her ears pierced at the same time and they said they could which was great. I get there and they tell me that she could only choose a certain section of earrings so my daughter picked the ones she wanted and they did the piercing and everything went great and we walked around after to pick a few more things out and when got to the counter, the lady told me that my total was 103$!!! Not one time did ANYONE tell me that the earrings that she picked were 70$!!!! She proceeded to tell me that they must have told me the price of everything and that I had a choice of what to pay. NOT ONE TIME DID ANYONE TELL ME HOW MUCH IT WAS GOING TO BE, let alone have a choice of what earrings you get to pick for the first pair. I would have never agreed to pay 70$ for a pair of earrings AND a 20$ solution?!? Never. Who knows where the other 13$ got charged. Out of frustration with not getting anywhere with the "manager", I tossed the 103$ dollars on the counter, and the lady called the cops on my because she said I threw money at her. I have never felt so humiliated and embarrassed in my whole life. I cried the whole way home. Not everyone has that kind of money to spend. I will never go there again. Shame on you people. EDIT Claires customer support called me and was able to confirm that the manager had charged me for EVERYTHING instead of taking off the other store items like I had asked. They sent me a check refunding me the whole entire thing. Thank you for making this right, even though I probably will never go to that...

Julia is amazing! Went in today without an appointment and she said that was fine, showed us earring options to check out while she helped someone already there for piercings. She was busy, but managed all the customers so well and in a timely and fair manner. She took such care with my daughter’s triple ear piercings, even asking what type of earrings she wears usually on the bottom, to help decide the best placement for the other two. They turned out amazing and lined up perfectly! while piercings always seem pricey, we got two holes in each ear, the jewelry, the after are rapid heal product, a random scrunchy and 3 perfumes for about $45 less than the tattoo shop was going to charge. Crystal is terrific. I was having my ears repierced after having the old ones from when I was 13, stitched to improve the placement of the new holes. I was a bit nervous about choosing a ear piercing business since it was a big deal to have my old holes stitched. I called and spoke to Crystal.
