Went in because of sudden onset cold/flu, didn’t know what to get, the nurse (Gera?) was very cheerful, kind and welcoming. She talked with me about my symptoms and gave me her suggestions. I walked out feeling SO. MUCH. better. Also worth mentioning-her vein finding skills are off the charts. Flawless execution. Worth every penny. The receptionist (Candy) was warm, friendly and inviting. She was also incredibly supportive and welcoming. The atmosphere was very relaxed, bright and open. But it was the staff that really made me less anxious. It was all in all a very positive experience. 10/10...

I love coming into the Augusta IV Hydralounge. I have had Iv drips and injections, and both experiences were positive! I’m sure I would love the Waterville location as well 🤩, Augusta is just closest to me. The atmosphere is calming. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. They are knowledgeable which is helpful when you’re not sure about what service you need/want. Prices are reasonable, and you don’t need to pay extra for a consultation.
