Taco Bell — Restaurant in Augusta

I rarely leave bad reviews, so please read my entire review to understand where this rating comes from.

First and foremost, the food here is solid, just like most Taco Bells. I have one very big gripe with this specific location, though, and that relates to their very sporadic and arbitrary business hours.

To put things in perspective, there have been 5 separate occasions in the last year where I have driven to this location during business hours only to find out that it is closed. No signs anywhere, no updates to hours on Google Maps, etc. To add to the frustration, their lights remain on, giving the impression that they are open for business. If you pull up to the drive through, you'll quickly find that they are closed after sitting for a few minutes with no response.

I have never experienced this at such frequent intervals at any other fast food location. My advice is to clearly communicate early, arbitrary business closures by (a) having a closed sign somewhere, (b) turning off lights so that customers don't think that you're open during your stated business hours, and (c) update your freaking Google Maps hours to reflect unexpected closures.

I will be giving my business to other Taco Bells in the area, because I do not wish to waste anymore of my time driving to this location only to find out they are closed (yet again) without warning and during their regular...

Place was disgusting inside and out. The drive thru can’t be made unless you’re in a clown car which I don’t even know how that’s allowed. The wait for two cars ahead of me was close to 20 minutes and when I received my food it was ice cold for all three items and the Pepsi that I ordered was warm. Telling me that it had all been sitting somewhere waiting to be handed out but instead of telling the person ahead who’s order wouldn’t be ready until after everyone else’s behind them they make everyone wait so that the person at the window can’t just pull up and have someone run their food out to them. I then had to walk back into the “restaurant” and ask for the food to be remade to which I was given a rude glare and then waited for the food to be remade. The food that I was handed was warm but tasted horrible. It was two chicken chalupa supremes and a hard taco. The sour cream tasted like nail polish remover and the tomatoes were rotten and squishy. The chicken was rubbery and the lettuce was soft and wilted. Will never be coming back to this place due to this service and I would hope I get a reply from this from management because I’d like a refund for this and I will not be going back to this...

I was in here the other day and words quite literally cannot describe my experience. I first entered and had to use the restroom. Boy was that in it's self an experience. Upon entering I was hit with a very strong smell of body order. It smelled so horrible. The floor was completely trashed the toilet seat was peed all over and it was black. The sink then had black stuff all over it. It also was broken and barley worked. There was also no paper towels and no toilet paper as well as more broken appliances on the wall. After quickly determining the bathroom would be a place I'd never be going again I went out to the lobby to order. I waited and waited and this guy looks at me and does this a few times like he is about to take my order or something then instead stands around literally doing nearly nothing standing in front of me. While he stands there so am I and I stand there for 15 minutes with no acknowledging of me being here no one spoke to me and no one said they'd be right with me. I left absolutely pissed at the fact this happend and when I say I'll never come here again I'm being so serious. Shut...
