ROBERY! This store is nothing but frustration that takes your money and does not deliver food!
Ordered on line, they called me and I missed the call. I called back, was transferred through three call centers before getting to the local store. The woman who answered the phone said they lost my address and canceled the order. They still had the pie but she could not figure out how much to charge me because they lost the receipt. Four minutes later they had recreated the order but their computer froze. They reboted and had to start from scratch and then couldn't understand my english to get the street address right. I admitedly raised my voice to say “sixty-two” at this point and was abruptly hung up on. I called back, went through the call centers, got back to the local store, stated my situation and how annoyed I was at being hung up on, was told I was rude and they didn't have to talk to me. I asked if there was another associate I could talk to. The said yes. Everything re-entered, and, my address was locked as a location they could not deliver to. I suggested they enter a dummy apartment A instead of Apartment 1 or Apartment 10 instead of one. Ten worked. Then their card reader crashed. They rebooted two more times, and said they could not take a card, I had to pay cash. I didn't have cash on me. I inquired if they were just going to throw the pie out, if they could make an exception because they could not take my card, they said no no no, said I couldn't have the pie if I couldn't pay for it, etc etc. I asked again, are they just going to throw it out, and they said no, they would probably try to find someone in the store who could pay for it to consume it. 45 minutes later of back and fourt on the phone, they hung up on me again.

Read moreThe manager Amber went WAY above and beyond. Called and order pizza at 10:30. At 1:00am still had no pizza. Delivery through DoorDash which proved to terrible. Took my pizza that I paid for and never delivered it. I Called store and she as still there cleaning. Told her what happened and she fired up the oven and personally delivered my order to around 1:45am!!!! 2 hours after close. This is UNREAL customer service. Never ever even heard of anyone doing anything like that before in my life. I live in hotels for work traveling. I’m blown away by this service and her ownership to protect the Brand as well as deliver the most unbelievable service ever. I’m 33 years in retail and this action is one of the best customer service stories ever. Speechless about the ownership and the actions. This is beyond above and beyond. This is amazing. Then she had to drive home 45mins in the middle of the morning!!! Stories. Poems. Songs should be written about her and this action. Truly blown away. As managers there are “renters and there are owners”. Renters go through the motions and owners truly embrace the entire process of experience and protecting the Brand !!!! I never ever write reviews. This is an amazing story and hope she is properly recognized for her actions. This beyond exceptional !!!!! Way beyond. Can’t say enough great things about her. In addition, it was paid for w company card. Which means I need a receipt. She told me she would text me a receipt tomorrow when she gets in. How amazing is that ?!?!?!!!! Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. I ordered the pizza for the wrong date and time. I called immediately after I ordered to try to get the delivery changed so that they wouldn’t deliver the pizza. I had to call 3 different times and was on hold for 45+ minutes, was online talking to customer service and no one would help me. Last time I finally got through to the store. Didn’t know it was them. I was very upset at this point. He tried to claim this was the first time my call went through to them and they only have 3 people working and they have been running around. I told him I get it, but it’s been almost an hour and this could’ve been rectified 2 min after I ordered had they answered the phone, and they wouldn’t have delivered the pizza. He apologized a couple times and asked if he zeroed me out and redelivered tomorrow would that be okay? I said yes it would be but they need to do better answering their phones. That I managed customer service and that is unacceptable and a ticket was put in through customer service about the incident. Customer service told me it would take 1-3 days to get a call. I told them that was unacceptable and that this was terrible customer service and I would not be ordering from the pizza huts here anymore. I also put a rating and summary on their fb page. I was unable to get any sleep again before my overnight shift trying to take care of the order. My family will now be ordering from other establishments in the future after this terrible experience.
