The food was okay....I mean, it still tasted good, but by gosh they had to have been the thinnest subs in the world. This particular location is stingy with the toppings. Which is fine...I understand inventory and what not. My issues aren't really with the food all that much, although, I did place my order through the app, as I always do, and they waited to tell me that they were out of the bread I ordered until I got there. I don't understand why they didn't call me to let me know before my arrival? It literally gives them my phone number, but anyways...my main issue with this location is that I ordered the 'All American Club' which what I get every time, because it's my favorite! Anyways, it comes with turkey on it. So, after the employee who was making my sandwich put it into the toaster, another employee said to her: "woo, that turkey stank, I'm glad I don't eat it" and the one making it agreed with:" yeah, it does smell." Look, I'm open minded and it's okay if people don't eat the same thing I do, but to verbally express that right in front of me, especially saying that it smells, is going to put me off of eating it. I never judge anything other people eat because it's just a difference of opinion, people like what they like, and I'd appreciate it if the ones making my food didn't talk about how much they dislike it. Read moreWish I could give zero stars!!! This has to be the worst location. Customer service is horrible and has been since the last 2 managers left. Either the food is never ready, the food isn't fresh or the salad is incorrect. Today my order was supposed to be complete by 12:05. I roll down ( broken foot)at 12:10. There is a long online pick up line and a line for ordering. THE ORDERING LINE CLEARED TWICE WHILE WE WAITED. no one asked names, and when we tried to step up to give the name for the order they yelled that they are very backed up and will get to us when they can, but they took care of the people currently ordering instead of those who ordered 30 mins prior. I have witnessed nasty employees being very rude to customers. I understand you may have call ins and short staffed, but so are we! I should not have had to wait until 12:38 for a salad and when I finally got it, the meat wasn't even chopped, they just threw it on there with the salad. I asked can I at least get a knife and fork- they were out! So I have already missed my lunch and now I cant eat it because you wont at least chop the meat or give a utensil? There has been many incidents but today was honestly the last straw and I had to ask for a refund. For this to be a restaurant at a hospital, the service and food is HORRIBLE!!!!! Read moreWould give no stars if I could. Service is terrible. According to app my order was ready got there and the employee was super rude all because they were busy. Told her she didn’t have to be rude my phone said order was ready, she agreed then continued to be rude. Manager makes my sandwich and slams it on the counter saying here one minute late and just walked off no thank you for service or sorry for my employee’s attitude, I see why the employee is rude. I told them I didn’t want the sandwich but to refund me money. They told me to wait while they continue making sandwiches. Who keeps an angry customer waiting when you can just refund them and get them out of your establishment. I had to step in front of the register and ask for my money again. I was heated. Place is terrible two weeks prior to my incident I was waiting on my food when two employees were arguing while the manager just stayed behind the counter and said nothing.
