This specific location has the rudest employees I have dealt with the other Kate Spade locations and the other outlet malls have better employees. All my husband was doing was asking a store associate I believe it was the manager on duty about pricing because I purchased a coat, and it was ringing up wrong, and then the manager said that my husband like was getting aggressive with her when he wasn’t all he was doing was asking about the price so he was not getting aggressive at all. They need new employees. Also, they have wrong signs in their window and throughout the store they have a sign in their window that says 70% off and they’re saying in the store that that’s only off specific styles but it has to say that on the sign in their window, which it doesn’t otherwise it is considered a false...
Read moreWhen I walked in the staff greeted with a smile and the store looked clean and organized. Isabela was a great sales associate. She was very attentive and was able to help with my request and my overall purchase. She pulled things from the back to show them to me.I took my time looking at the purses and did not feel rushed at all.
Another great associate was Emely. She was able to show me items via text messages before arriving at the store and share prices of each item. She offered to place items on hold and was also very responsive via text.
I will definitely be back to the Aurora Kate Spade great group of gals that know how to treat a customer....

No one greeted me, the employees were very standoff-ish and they were talking among themselves, but none of them said anything to me. I was looking at a purse and then a girl walked by and said "Oh that one doesn't belong there, it's not on sale," and kept walking. Okay then, MOVE THE PURSE! Put it in the correct place. Her tone really bothered me, so I left. I love Kate Spade and these deals, so I will be back, just hoping for a better...
