If I could give ZERO starts I would!!! I used to love coming here it wasn't until yesterday and my visit last week though, the employees here are EXTREMELY rude. Cashier yuglennis yesterday gave me and my brother a mean look. She was very mean to the customer that was in front of me and spoke to the customer in a very condescending way. She was literally just throwing my stuff in the cart after scanning them too and after I was done paying she gave me the nastiest look, gave me a receipt and immediately turned her back to my brother and I to go gossip with her co workers. We didn't get a thank you nor have a good day. I've never had received customer service this bad before. This grocery store lost my business and by other reviews I can see I'm not the only one who'll stop coming here. If the cashier yuglennis continues to have that terrible attitude towards customers it's guaranteed others will stop shopping...
Read moreFirst off, the store employee's are friendly and helpful even though there is a language barrier for me, an employee I expected, but in all, they understood what I was saying and looked for, so there no issue for me. The store was clean, well stocked, and the prices were pretty decent. The bakery is what I usually look for in a Mexican grocery store cause I love my sweets. There are restrictions on the eggs, which is understandable considering the shortage. Now I'm not sure why people are getting upset about being restricted on how much you can buy, but in my opinion, if you need to buy in bulk like I do sometimes. Stop being a cheapskate and do like most businesses and people who need to buy bulk and buy yourself a Sam's or Cosco membership. I totally get why they restrict their sales so there can be something left for the rest of their customers. This isn't a valid complaint, just...
Read moreI visited just before NYE and was able to find my way around the store because I speak Spanish. I overheard an American man ask one of the girls who were stocking the shelves for mole but she had no idea what it was. I tried my best to help him and walked around the store with him and found it right next to where the girl was stocking! All of the employees are Venezuelan (the guy working in meats, the stockers and the 3 women at the register) which means they have no knowledge of Mexican products. When I asked her where the mole was at she said she didn't know what it was. When I checked out, the girl working the register didn't know how to count the cash she was given. She had to repeatedly count it until she finally got it. I did pay a good price for the meat I bought and would return for that reason but they need employees who know...
