Look no further than 5280 Hibachi! This past weekend, we had the pleasure of having a hibachi party with 5280 Hibachi, a Denver catering company that brought the hibachi experience straight to us!

5280 Hibachi arrived promptly, 15 minutes before the requested start time and they took care of everything. They brought & set up the grill, tables, chairs, plates, utensils, & napkins – the whole shebang. All we had to do was sit back, relax, and get ready for a delicious show.

The star of the show wasn't just the sizzling grill, it was our amazing hibachi chef, Jorge. He was so much fun! As he expertly cooked up a feast of fried rice, chicken, shrimp, and steak, he kept us entertained with impressive knife skills and playful banter. Jorge's professionalism and kindness truly shone through, making the entire experience even more enjoyable.

The fun didn't stop there, 5280 Hibachi embraced the full interactive spirit of hibachi dining. Jorge had us all attempting to catch shrimp and veggies in our mouths – a guaranteed source of laughter & friendly competition.

The fluffy fried rice sizzled on the grill, filling the air with the delicious smell of garlic butter. Soon, veggies, chicken, shrimp, and steak were also dancing in flames. The chicken was tender and had a special teriyaki sauce that added depth to flavor. The shrimp were my favorite - plump & juicy. And let's not forget the delicious yum yum sauce (I couldn't get enough). The steak was cooked to a perfect medium-rare with a sear on the outside.

By the end of our 5280 Hibachi experience, we all were stuffed with delicious food, so happy from all the laughing, and bonded by the perfect summer evening. Another huge perk? No cleaning up. 5280 Hibachi took care of everything - dishes, trash, & tear down. SO NICE. We got to leave the table with happy memories...

Last December I cancelled my booking due to a death in the family. We were coming from STL and decided we will try again next year. I was told no refund but they will honor the deposit.

While attempting to book for this year the guy was hesitant to honor the $200 deposit, but decided to proceed due to me having screenshots of our conversation.

This trip was for my mother’s birthday who passed and we celebrate every year. I confirmed address for booking December 3rd and the guy texting also confirmed the time.

This weekend Dec 14th 5208 Habachi did not show up or respond to any attempts to contact them. They never cancelled or answered any phone calls to inform me they cannot come. We had to scramble to find dinner reservations for 8 people who was starving after traveling and snowmobiling early morning.

We booked for our daughter’s birthday party and it was such an amazing experience! The food was absolutely delicious, and the hibachi show kept both the kids and adults entertained the whole time. The chef was fun, engaging, and made everyone feel included.
