I wish I had read the reviews first. Went in hopes I'd get a custom piece done for my daughters birthday. Not only did I pay a portion up front, but I was promised the piece before I went out of town. Sad to say they never called me and was at the party without my gift. Come Monday when I'm back in town I figured I'd just go for the piece on my own. Upon entering an older woman with glasses helped me out. I expressed to the woman I wasn't crazy about the custom piece but still decided to pay and take it. Why can't customer express how they feel for something they are paying for without getting excuses as to why it's not perfect. Customer satisfaction where? I been here multiple times. I have bought plenty of jewelry here. Also got a bunch of it cleaned or fixed. The owner knows me and the sone + nephew. I had a little misunderstanding with a older lady there with how I wanted a ring fixed. I was hoping to get it fixed instead she was very rude to me. Said some very disrespectful remarks.
