I purchase bags from here often because itās the closest store to me. Unfortunately the service you get is not in comparison to a regular retail store. I recently purchased a bag for Motherās Day, the bag was on the display shelf and had some wear,I asked the cashier Michelle if they possibly had a new one in the back, she immediately got an attitude. Said there was nothing wrong with this one, but went back to look anyway. She came back with a new bag not on display. I was very thankful. I asked if I could get a box as it was a gift. Again with an attitude she threw a box in the bag. There was a gentleman in front of me who purchased the exact same bag, she boxed it up for him and put the box in the bag for him. I did not receive the same service. Fast forward I drive an hour back home and take the bag out to gift wrap it and the box she gave me is not even remotely close to the correct size!! Tiny box! Part of gifting a nice gift is the packaging, itās extremely frustrating that someone could not do their job with integrity and decency and give the same customer experience to all customers. Now I have a beautiful bag but no box to wrap it in. Extremely disappointing and frustrating when you spend hundreds of dollars on a beautiful hand bag and canāt gift wrap it equally as beautiful. I tried calling the store, no answer. Donāt expect good customer care and concern from here.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had a bad experience today june 20th (my birthday) , i went to check out and was trying to use my reloved credit (found out later i could not use it after being told by 4 different coach employees i could) i told the older women checking me out that i wanted to use it towards my purchase to which she responded āiāve never heard of that beforeā okay fair but i responded āoh okay well i was told by a few employees i could use it hereā to which she responded āwell ive worked here for several years and have never seen itā .. ok.. did i ask? anyways after she went away and got a manger thatās when it was confirmed i couldnāt use my credit. now i was told i could by a retail coach employee so i called her and she was sooo kind i love my beachwood coach store! she told me misinformation but we still love her. as i was on the phone with her i returned to the coach store with my bestfriend as i walk in i was āgreetedā by the former older employee from before she said āoh are you back because itās hot outsideā or something like that to which i replied āoh no im on the phone with a representativeā to which she replied āi wasnāt talking to youā in a very rude tone. even my bestfriend was appalled at the way she spoke to me. she kept staring at me while i was shopping. honestly ill never return which is sad because i love coach. i really hope that āseasonedā employee gets more training! you donāt talk to anyone customer or not like...

I do spend alot of money when ever I visit this location and this particular day.. it was no different until I stepped into the coach store looking to make a purchase.. instead I over heard 2 associates speaking as who would watch me as I shopped because I had a big bag from another store because I had bought an coat from the previous store. I felt so embarrassed and humiliated because I had no intent, nor am I a thief.. or have any malicious or I'll motive walking into any store.so I thought..)I asked the associate at the front to please hold my items because I didn't want to cause a problem as I continued to look at the beautiful items one of the associates that made the statement continued... to follow me through out the store not even attempting to ask if I was ok or needed anything..I will never go into this store again and I will be writing on any blog and contacting the corporate office to file...
