Customer service with store manager Keira is -10. She's the most unaccomodating retail manager I have encountered. I had a return within the time frame for holiday returns. She tried to tell me that the return time frame had lapsed when I showed her the return policy on Kate Spade for the holiday season of 2024. She told me she could only give me store credit without the receipt instead of being able to return it to the original form of payment. I'm glad I got my store credit so I can travel over 100 miles to go to the next Kate Spade outlet to not have to deal with her again. This is the second time she has refused to accommodate me in a return and I went to another location that was happy to take care of it. A customer centric mindset goes a long way! I have worked in retail and have talked to several friends I'm not the only one that has had this experience at Kate Spade. It's a great brand with fabulous designs RIP Kate Spade. I'm sure she'd be rolling if she knew how poorly she is being represented at this location. I hope Keira stops training new employees give them hope with a fresh face...

I can say it wasn’t a race thing because another black woman came in and they greeted her. I can admit that I wasn’t looking the best so maybe they thought I couldn’t afford any of the bags.
