Bought some shoes online and they were too small. I needed a size up. Called Nike to initiate an exchange. The shoes that were too small needed to be returned first and I was given two options return by mail or in store. In store is definitely faster so I went that route. I was told over the phone if I return them Friday I'll have them by Sunday. Came into this store told the young little girl what I was in for and my intent. I'm returning these shoes for an EXCHANGE, they're too small. She saw that an EXCHANGE was initiated over the phone. She didn't know how to proceed. She called her manager, manager helps her get passed one part but doesn't guide her through the rest of the transaction. In the end the girl at the register ask me where do I want the money at? on a gift card or sent back to my card. I say this is just and exchange, she looks at me with a goofy confused expression and goes and hit refund to card. She should've called her manager again. Also the manager should've stayed. As a manager you're supposed to be able to sense when you're needed and that was for the entirety of the rest of my transaction. So the manager she left too soon. In the end I gotta reorder the shoes today Saturday and I won't have them by Sunday. Hip Hop Hooray. Get ya'll employees together just because you're confused doesn't mean just do anything. Call for help again. Your job goal is customer satisfaction. I'm not satisfied. I came in normal...
Read moreBiggest fear of outlets is that the quality is less than what you get from other places. Complete opposite at the Nike outlet and lots of clothes for our kids. Had trouble finding a lot for our daughter online because she’s just past 6t and big kids for girls seems impossible to find but the outlet had lots of good options and great deals.
Secondly, the staff here was unbelievably nice and helpful. So often you go to a store nowadays and you feel like an inconvenience to the staff. This was the opposite and three different people were overwhelming nice and helpful. I had to get the name of one of the younger employees because he was so polite and went well above and beyond to help. If any managers read this, Elijah s a great young man and you’re lucky to have him. We’re driving back out next month with our kids to get more clothes for them because your selection and staff...
Read moreThere was an older woman who was helpful at first but after my boyfriend asked her to locate a certain pair of shoes that they did not have in his size on the shelf at the time, she said she was going to look but stopped three seperate times to ask people if they wanted to sign up to be a member. After waiting 15 minutes I found someone else and he got them in no time at all. Taller younger guy who had his hair tied up. Following all of this my boyfriend was pushing our stroller with our 7 month old in it which had 2 boxes of shoes, one pair baby shoes... She told him to use a bag before the boxes fell on our daughter. REALLY wish I would have been there to hear that. Maybe if she was minding her own business she could help customers in a much more...
