Talked to "Kristen the manager" and she was EXCESSIVELY rude!!!. If sales staff is "too busy" (her words) and annoyed by the customer's questions to help a phone customer then maybe she should stay at home and let someone else earn the pay to answer phones and wait on customers... AKA ...ENCOURAGE a sale!!!! I asked her to measure a bag for me and I got bad responses and unwilling behavior. I then tried to get a style number and she couldn't understand WHY I needed it and was unwilling to give it to me. The store is an hour away for me and I wanted to Google the style to be sure it was what I had in mind so I'm not wasting a long drive up and back. The amount of time she took to debate and avoid was LONGER than the amount of time it would've taken to help me out!!! Reading all of the negative reviews here, it does seem like this location has enough baggage (pun intended) and doesn't need me as a customer. Hopefully this will give her the extra time to do better...

Came here having my wallet I bought last year(total 6months), originally for one of my sisters, got three for three of sisters but one of them peeled, my sister showed me and told me it might be fake Michael Kors I said no way😩 (I’m from abroad) still brand new have the tag on but the leather peeled. I wonder if they can do anything with it. And the lady said no. Not at all. She said ask the customer service thru the phone call this is the number, im sure they can’t do anything with it since it’s too long.
