My name is Christian Franco I recommended my long time friend Luis to this store for a repair on his IPhone 6 Plus the phone was repaired and the screen functioned just fine, However we had to return to the store multiple times with in a span of 30 minutes after receiving the device back. 1.The home button was not properly installed and further more the Touch ID or fingerprint scanner was non-functioning and the button was extremely loose. We went back In not 5 minutes went by after reciving the device. The staff there assured me it just needed a simple “reboot” and the scanner will fucntion like normal, However after multiple restarts the phones Touch ID was still non-functioning she took the phone back and fixed the issue. We left when I noticed the button still had a wiggle to it and felt like a poorly done job once again, we returned into the store and the staff member handed me the screwdriver and asked me to tighten it, I assume she must’ve thought I did not know what I was doing I used to be a long time cell phone repairer and understood was I was doing. after tightening it myself the home button felt slightly better it was not after she took the phone back and took apart the home button and replaced the Cushion/Adheisve that the home button was back to it’s original state. We went home in belief that everything was okay when we noticed the ear piece and front facing camera were not functioning over all this was a terrible experience and I urge anyone to find a different cellphone repair shop. A few weeks ago I dropped my phone in some water when rice didn't help I went to everybody loves wireless. I had gone to everybody loves wireless before as well for a few minor fixes on my sister's phones etc. but this time it was different. I went in and talked to the owner Ms. Kim about my phone, who did a full water treatment on my phone. My phone worked fine after that. Yet again I dropped my phone in water as a mother of two it is not uncommon but I took my phone to everybody loves wireless again, except this time Ms. Kim was not there but Dez a woman who proclaims that Ms. Kim taught her everything she knows. I let Dez work on my google pixel 3axl, the first brand new phone I've had in five years, and when I got my phone back it would not make phone calls and then the next day it would not even turn on. I took my phone back as soon as possible and asked them to look at it, they then sent it to a specialist to look at and the specialist said it was fried. I wondered why my phone would be fried if they did a full water treatment on it the second time, come to find out after the fact that Dez did not do a full water treatment all she did was blow the phone out and put a new screen on it, claiming that, that was all that needed to be done. I am now paying almost $500 for a phone I cannot use and they will not do...

Well I have been going to this establishment for a better part of 10 or more years and I won't go anywhere else to have my phone repaired or to sign up for any kind of phone service or buy a phone right this is the only place that I will go.Miss Kim is top notch when it comes to repairing and diagnosing cell phone and tablet issues. Her prices are very reasonable and she and her employees will never try and sell you something that you don't need or want. Her employees have excellent 👌 customer service skills and I feel like they always go the extra mile to help me resolve whatever the issue of the day may be. I always leave satisfied, always come back, and I recommend this business to anyone and everyone who needs a phone or service. You can't go wrong when using Everybody Love's Wireless because they are hands down the best phone store in town for all your wireless phones, gadgets, repairs, and service.
