I have been shopping at Pagoda for some time now. Today I had the worst experience today while shopping with my two sisters (we all noticed the horrible customer service). Between her giving her back to us while talking to us, barely even wanting to talk and answer our questions, to having pens thrown at us to sign, and sarcastic answers to everything or no answer at all. I was even told to move away from a counter while looking because “she was helping someone else”. I can understand that but there are ways of saying things, once again customer service. If we showed up it was as legitimate customers to make not one, but three purchases. I don't expect special treatment, but i do expect to be treated accordingly as a customer, simple as that. Returned to Piercing Pagoda after receiving very poor cutomer service a few days ago and leaving. I was hoping another associate would be on duty and luckily Eddie--who took care of me initially a month ago and from whom I received good service--was there. Eddie is personable and engaging and provided me with excellent customer service. I've upped my rating to 3 stars, but cannot go higher because of my experience with the young woman who was working the booth on 10/14. She paid no attention--made no eye contact and gave no acknowledgement--to cutomers who had been waiting there for service for 20 minutes or more and then took care of another customer who had just walked up. When we questioned her on it, she argued with four of us who had been waiting patiently. I gave up and left. This person acted like we were just an annoyance. She desparately needs some customer...
