I had a very bad experience with Mile High. Very nice people though! I regretfully chose Mile High for their awesome reviews! They also offer flexibility on payments. My husband & I told them how we wanted our customize rings, at that time there was no time frame for pick up until we turned in half of what was owed. Time went by and the big day of our wedding came- "our rings" were ready, we pick them up to find out they were the wrong rings 1 day before our wedding! although they were nice enough to lend us the wrong rings for our wedding we took them back B rings back and were told our rings would be ready 7-14 days! Well 1 month 1/2 later our rings are ready. Totally not expecting this for what we paid for. No engravements like we told them so, my husbands ring was not wide enough like he requested. I’ve had multiple grills before this is about the worst place I’ve gone to for my bottom six I’ve went back a few times and still doesn’t fit right I live far and it’s a waste of my time and money to pay $600 and drive an hour for something that I don’t Even enjoy wearing I work six days a week so it’s hard for me to come in and get it fixed. Hopefully when I do, they can finally fix it Make it more comfortable. A shop like this can at times come across as a little intimidating after seeing the work they put out and the high profile people they put it out for. I went in today with my late mothers gold cross that had to small of a bail to fit my chain. I asked if they would be able to make a custom bail that would fit. ( again for the work they put out most shops in my experience wouldn’t do a small job like this ) they where happy to offer the services and the price was amazing. After one of the jewelers saw it he suggested that he might be able to just stretch out the bail to make it fit. I’m now able to wear my mom’s cross everyday thanks to them. I’m glad I stopped in and they now have a customer for life....
