On Monday, December 23rd, I had flowers sent to me by a family member. We live in an apartment complex. My daughter and I had come home from Christmas shopping and noticed an older man standing outside of our building with flowers on top of the electrical box. My daughter made a comment “pretty flowers” and we came inside. We left our apartment about 20 mins later and the man was still standing outside. We left to do last minute Christmas shopping and came home 3-4 hours later. The flowers were sitting in the same spot on the electrical box. My daughter went over to them to look and noticed that the card had my name on it. I live on the second floor. These flowers were never “delivered to my door”. As, someone was home if delivery had been attempted. Left in a random spot for hours, could have been stolen. Also a cool day. The flowers have since started to wilt and die. I reached out to the company with absolutely no real sincerity. I was advised that they contract drivers and it basically had to be verified that this is what happened. There was zero accountability from the person that called me back with no name given, just “this is Mae’s flowers”. This was a Christmas gift that cost upwards of $60 and I got to enjoy them for maybe 2 days before the wilting. This is absolutely unacceptable! If you’re going to “contract” your drivers then you also need to take accountability for them not doing what they are supposed to in the contract!!!!

The fact that the owner reached out via Google review and said to contact them “to make this issue right” but refuses to answer the phone and will not call me back, speaks volumes!!! This place doesn’t care about their customers at all!!!!...

Save your money and order flowers elsewhere!

My partner ordered me flowers for my birthday and Marc Anthony Flowers never delivered. They called once, didn’t leave a voicemail. I called back 7 min after the initial call and was sent to voicemail. Called again 20 min later and was sent to voicemail again. I called periodically throughout the day but never got a hold of them. The arrangement wasn’t left at my door nor was it left with the leasing office.

The following day my partner said i should expect them to try and deliver again. I never received a call so at 3pm i called and asked if they plan to deliver the flowers today. Finally “Marc” answered and said the flowers were delivered at the address i disclosed to him. I informed him they weren’t at my door and asked if it was left at the leasing office. He didn’t know so i called the leasing office - they informed me there was no delivery. I called the flower shop back and MARC told me the flowers were delivered to a different address actually and that I should go over and get the flowers myself. Although a RUDE response, I thought I’d give it a try. Well the address he claimed it was delivered to DOES NOT EXIST!

MOST RUDE CALL WITH THE MANAGER OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND USING THIS INEPT AND RUDE FLORIST. We had no idea a surprise bouquet of flowers were coming when I received a phone call from this company to say they were going to deliver them the next morning (they were confirming the address as the sender had made an error in the address). We waited in all morning and they never turned up. When I called they (the manager - in a very rude manner) that they were sending it out this afternoon because they were waiting for daisies. I asked when they were going to tell us about the afternoon delivery as we were promised by Crystal the day before that we would be the first delivery tomorrow to which I got no reply from their manager and that they would be delivered this afternoon! I told her we were leaving on holiday for two weeks this afternoon and therefore would not be there to take delivery to which she abruptly said she would go back to the sender and give her the option of a new delivery date or a refund. We will contact the sender ourselves to make sure the refund is put in place as I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND USING THIS INEPT AND...
