The only problem that I have with this store, is that they don't do their rotisserie chicken in the latter part of the day and if you call in to ask them to hold a chicken for you, they will sell it and leave you flat when you get there. We were having a party with several guests on a Saturday. I called the store and talked to an employee and explained about our party. I asked if they had any chickens that were already cooked. She walked over to the Deli area and said that they had 6 fresh chickens. I asked if she could mark 2 of them with my name and I would drive there to pick them up. She said sure and I gave her my name to mark them. I arrived and was in a hurry because I gave myself just enough time to pick up the chickens and get to the party and set things up before people arrived. When I went to the Deli, I found out that they had sold the chickens that I had called in and had them hold for me. As a result, they messed up our entire party because they had just put the chickens into the rotisserie and it would be 45 minutes before they were done. I asked why they did that when I had called in prior to coming to their store. They said that they don't hold items for people. I said, then why did one of your managers tell me on the phone that you did, and take my name to put on the chickens and set them aside for me. Had I known that they were going to do that I could have gone to another Target that was about a mile in the other direction but closer to my house and picked up chickens there. But I went to the one on Gartrell Avenue because it was closest to the place where we had the party. What they should have done is to hold those chickens for me instead of selling them out from under me, because they told me they would save them. Then when I arrived to pick them up, they could have told me politely about their policy and couldn't do that again in the future instead of leaving me hanging they way they did. I am telling everyone I know about what had happened to me at that store. That is...
Read moreDelighted to welcome this Fresh, Clean Mexican restaurant to the Gartrell and C-470 area!
Always a joy to feel "special" when you arrive. Rosa, sat and served us the kindness and genuine concern for our dining experience! Ask for Rosas section! Tell her the steel straw lady sent you!
To start, the salsa was crisp in flavor and chips were fresh.
Many choices and our selections were all delightful. The #5 combo included a beef and bean burrito smothered in a light green chili that was flavorful but not hot. Also included was a crispy chili relleno which was a taste treat as well. The cheese enchilada was pleasing as well.
The Chicken wrap was a light chimmi called Pollo Fundido.
Leave room for a fresh warm Churro with or without ice cream.
We saw and smelled the amazing aroma of the fajitas so that will be our next purchase!
So nice to have another breakfast choice as well! See the photos for the...
