Snarf’s Sandwiches — Restaurant in Aurora

I usually don’t write reviews, but this is the exception. My husband has ordered a couple of times from this location and let me tell you every time they mess up our order. How hard is to make an Italian Supreme sandwich without Mushrooms and Onions? Since this wasn’t the first it had happened I called the restaurant and the manager was beyond rude, she took it as offensive that we requested a refund, since she was the one that made the sandwiches. I’m So dissatisfied, actually disappointed that you hire people without any knowledge of customer service. I understand that the customer is not always right but this place is joke way over priced for the not so great food quality and the horrible food service. I hope the owners or whoever is in charge of hiring these so called managers take in consideration asking for some customer service experience. This could’ve been handled differently. It’s a shame that for this reason we will never be back...

I couldn't even tell you the rude and disrespectful treatment that was presented to me me and my husband came to eat and I had to use the bathroom and was told I had to wait ✋️ in line and order food before I can have access to the restroom you could obviously see we where going to order food then asked again to use restroom and with a disrespectful tone and attitude was asked are you gonna buy something my response yes can I please use the restroom first and was replied only if you buy first I said we are here to purchase very combative finally used the restroom and gave them a penny on the counter and said thank you for your services and stated that I can't believe how disrespectful and instigating, condescending they were not to mention when I was telling them how I felt the manager came out cussing me out for expressing how I felt never will bring my...

Food was below mediocre. It was subpar. It was also very overpriced. $13 for one sandwich with no chips, cookie, or drink. Got the egg salad sandwich and it had no seasoning, was very bland, it was also very soggy. The bread is also very hard. It cuts at the roof of your mouth. Very unappetizing. Couldn't even finish it. Had to throw it in the trash. The lettuce was wilted. Won't be coming back to this location. For a new location they seemed to be doing a horrible job, no one was friendly the atmosphere seemed cold and distant. Asked for cheese on my egg salad sandwich and it had no cheese.
