Do not buy the packages. The service at the beginning was great. Then people start to left the company, they cancel me some of my appointments and I was not able to use my sessions because there was never someone available in the DT location. I was getting married and I bought this package just to be used prior to my wedding but due to lack of personal I was not allowed. I came back from my honeymoon and after I did my last treatment (still 2 more) they told me I have to pay for it because I cannot use my last three already PAID sessions because they were “expired”. The worst thing is that I got a text message saying that they will charge my credit card without my authorization to charge the las session I have already...

It's not possible to call them, it's text message only, which caused an issue with my appointment. I had car trouble and texted to ask if I should come late in an uber or reschedule. One person called and said to reschedule, but the text message service operator got back to me the next day and said they wouldn't reschedule and charged me the full amount, so it was just confusing and resulted in me getting charged for an appointment I couldn't make.

I wouldn't recommend using them just because of the inability to get ahold of them via phone. Text-only is a sketchy way to do...
