Very disappointing experience. Our order was placed through GiftTree which then turns it over to a local shop (Facet Flowers). #1.Wrong day. Tried to cancel order and was refused. Ok, I get it. My fault. #2. Flowers where clearly not worth the $29.99+10.00delivery (3roses, 12daisies, dollar tree square vase). Ok, I get that one too. I know you've got to make a profit and I didn't have the time to deliver flowers myself. #3!!!! $10 for box of assorted chocolates. They were CHRISTMAS CHOCOLATES CLEAREDLY SAYING "SEASON GREETINGS"!!! Oh no you didn't. đ Imagine if I had sent these flowers and candy to someone I wanted to impress! I would have been so embarrassed that they could have received this! Does anyone care about quality customer service, honesty and lawsuits!!! What if I had an allergic reaction to the old candy since I looked for an expiration date and there was none!! Cristina the manager was nice but said she couldn't give refund, that I had to call gift tree. So I did. They said they don't pay shops for old candy and refunded us $15. Around , a nearly dead, poorly made, browning and limp (pedals falling off) dozen purple roses with barely any greenery were delivered to my work. Along with a 3.5 oz La Toblerone chocolate candy bar.

I called facet flowers immediately. I knew they were open because they delivered these flowers to my office. I was unable to leave a voicemail when no one answered my calls as they do not have their voicemail box set up... I wonder why...

   Read moreWe ordered a large arrangement for my mother's birthday through 1-800-FLOWERS. this is local florist they chose. The flowers were not fresh and included in the arrangement, was a balloon which no one ordered that said, "Happy Birthday Princess" for my 73yr old mother!
When my mother called to speak with them regarding these 2 issues, she was rudely rebuffed, told that she could not speak with a manager and told no credit of any kind could be given.
Then they called her back, after the initial conversation, and told her since she did not like the flowers she should put them outside and they would pick them up because they wanted their vase back - not that they would replace the bouquet - just that they wanted their vase back!
