Review is for take-out via GrubHub. Nut allergy friendly for the dishes I ordered. We ordered the bun bo hue with extra noodle and the pho dac biet (special) with extra noodle. I did not see any bun bo hue extra noodles when we got home unfortunately. The extra pho noodles were clearly in another container, as the main containers have the noodles under the vegetables. Highly suggest heating the broth to near boiling to cook the meat enough if you are driving 10 or more minutes away. Otherwise you risk eating raw beef. Normal for any take out pho. The portions were excellent and the flavors were solid. Nice little containers of Sriracha and hoisin provided. I would like to have some lime included. The pho was solid. The bun bo hue was a little thinner and more oily than others I've had, but also was very tasty. I would recommend for scratching the authentic pho itch!

Stopped by for a quick lunch, we were the only customers in the restaurant which was meh, but was hungry so ordered a bun Bo hue and banh mi. The server/cashier girl didn’t know what bun Bo hue was so had to use the English name for it when ordering. The food came out quickly and it did taste okay— soup was not as beefy as a typical dish is, I’ve had better bun Bo hue but for Anderson Mill area this was acceptable given probably not a lot of people in this area order this entree. The banh mi bread was ok but very flakey and not as sturdy as I would’ve liked. Meat and veggies were tasty. Veggie side for the bun Bo hue was small, I had to ask for additional. Overall decent lunch.

Came in again today!!!! It's still so good and the staff is so sweet. Please come try this shop. Whenever the allergies are getting to you. The broth clears it up!! Fixing to be cold in the next couple of days. Perfect timing!!! You have to try it!! Their Pho, Steamed buns, and Bahn Mi are amazing. They are always so nice and the service is great even when they are busy. They have great tea too. Today we tried the fried dumplings and they were very fresh, hot, and yummy.

V cafe…an immediate 10 out of 10. I have been visiting this place for about 3 years now..they NEVER fail to impress me. If I could give this place a 12/10 I would. I have been to other pho restaurants..nothing compares to this. The broth is DELECTABLE. The noodles are AMAZING. My go-to is the dumpling noodle pho. Every single time I order, I ALWAYS have leftovers, no matter how hungry I am beforehand. Whenever I have a cold, I love ordering takeout. I immediately feel better. Their food is like a warm blanket on a cold day to me…I could go on and on. Anybody who says otherwise about this place has poor taste buds. I am an absolute foodie, food is my life. Yet I have never left a review on a restaurant until this one. My boyfriend and I went there yesterday for dinner…he was surprised by how delicious it was and the large portion size for the pho. He ordered the brisket pho. We are coming back next week with his mother. I have gone to every restaurant that has popped up in this shopping center, since it is near my house. I whole heartedly pray that this one never leaves. I woke up this morning, craving the dumpling noodle pho I got yesterday. I am sitting here, writing this review with no crumbs left in my bowl. I absolutely devoured. I have never recommended any restaurant to anyone more than I have with this one. I 100% recommend any day. I wish I had taken a picture of my meal…there is no time, because I end up devouring it...

I am so sorry to have to do this, but I am BAFFLED by all the happy reviews. Listen to me: this food was really, really bad.

The pork dumplings were OLD. If you know the taste of old pork, you understand; there's a gaminess and greasiness that doesn't exist any other time.

Bao buns came in bizarrely thick buns, and the pork, chicken, and tofu were all wildly overcooked.

The banh mi chicken was so overcooked it was crunchy, and the bread was so dry it fell apart upon being picked up, as if it were days old.

The egg rolls were greasy and dry and unflavored.

Even the Thai tea was lacking in flavor. I don't know how they managed that, but they did.

I am SO disappointed. We were deeply hoping for a good Vietnamese place near us, and this has left us just...
