Poor Customer Service! My 6 year old granddaughter & I was excited about ordering “Dragon Fruit lemonade “! Now normally at a Starbucks you get the best customer service I’ve always said to my friends Chic fil A and Starbucks are cousins lol. Back to the story…. after ordering and paying for a “Dragon fruit lemonade “ we walked to the other side for the order to be complete! Staff called my name but with a plain yellow lemonade. Now if you ever was a child or better yet think of having a child with you and they are excited for a particular “something “. Please don’t disregard the fact that you falsely claimed that you had a certain product BUT purposely avoided the apology! Say SOMETHING! I went back and forth with 2 ladies then she encouraged me to speak with her manager! I agreed! The manager, a middle aged blonde Caucasian woman walked around to me without asking any questions and with an irritated behavior/ disposition “ you want a refund “. I was appalled! SB are you serious and in front of my gb! I said “ all you all need to do is apologize and not sell a product knowing you don’t have it “! She continued with her arms folded rolling her eyes! I asked the manager her name she refused but said “ take my picture “ so I did , My grandbaby even said “ YaYa, that’s me… why was that lady flickering her eyes as she demonstrated! Lol Management, please provide more training because it’s needed! Your team is better than this! Read moreGot a Carmel latte like I always do at Starbucks. It was super hot like the hottest it could possibly be. I take it back to my gate and wait a while because it's burning my mouth and can't possibly drink it soon. Finally it cools down enough and it taste like there's no expresso, doesn't even taste like coffee at all lol. I try shaking it still terrible. My flight to NYC was delayed so I decided I really wanted some caffeine. I walk back to Starbucks and explain to nice lady at front counter, she says we'll make you another. Then barista from Hell comes and says "you ordered this 40 minutes ago and that's really weird". I respond with what are you talking about, it's still warm and hardly anything is missing lol. She then repeats what she said, so I say just give me a refund. Then nice lady at front does that and says manager wants to speak with me. He comes over very professionally and I explain he offers to make another when barista from hell interjects herself into the conversation saying the same things, like I was trying to get over on Starbucks and when I said what's wrong with her, she says "I'll call my bigger manager and get you banned from the Airport" lol. It was the craziest customer service interaction I've ever experienced! I understand she's probably over worked and under paid but I wasn't even upset till she tried to say she was going to get me banned from Airport. It's like she had a mental breakdown and lost all touch with reality. Geez I just wanted some caffeine...I got a nice latte...
Read moreWe had about an hour until we started boarding our plane, so we decided to get a small drink. Although the girls were friendly, this was by far the most unorganized and untimely Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Didn’t appear to be anyone in charge, so all the workers were taking their time and talking and not focused on the customer service. The cashier had a hard time taking our order, then the person who was going to make our drinks kept questioning what was written on the cup. I then leaned over to tell her what it was and she said she was just giving her coworker a hard time. When I commented about needing to eventually get to our gate, she swapped out with the cashier to make our drinks. Then, the new girl was trying to remember our drinks as she was making them. The kicker was when she went to put the whip cream on my drink, twice it melted right off and the girl couldn’t keep it on with the lid. That made me think it hadn’t been kept in the cooler like it should have. I knew right then we could not trust those drinks for consumption. Starbucks should be embarrassed that this is how they’re being represented at the state capital’s airport. And I love Starbucks. But I’ll never consume anything at this location. We did not ask for a refund, I simply told the girls to trash our drinks. I’ve been in customer service my whole life and have a graduate degree in Organizational Management, so this really...
