The food was HORRIBLE!! The manager, Chris, attitude matched the food. Our waitress was helpful and none of our issues had anything to do with her. But apparently she took it personally and started crying. We were told thats why the manager was so AWFUL!! Although I could hear the waitress complaining about us to the other staff we still tipped her $20. When we arrived they informed us they were out of 3 different items. That was okay, but the food we ordered was cold, hard, and just nasty. I know the staff was stressed, besides being without 3 main items, they ran out of clean plates and apparently silverware too. Our silverware was dirty and they had to bring us plastic. At the end when we asked for the manager we were told he had several stores and they didn't know when he would show up. The young lady said she would comp our bill which is not what we wanted. The manager showed up with a HUGE attitude. Instead of being helpful he blamed us for not speaking up earlier. He started snatching our dishes and then refused to give his name. We did eventually get his name from someone else. CHRIS THE MANAGER...

I normally don't leave bad reviews, but this experience was totally awful . . . First there was no one at the greeting station to let you know if you needed to seat yourself or wait to be seated. I finally seated myself when an employee fron the airport told me I could just come on in. The waitress got to my table pretty quickly once I was seated. I ordered the "24 Hash" which appeared to look pretty good on another patron's plate, but was complete trash when I received mine. The potatoes were dry and hard, the sausage and bacon must have been sitting for hours after being cooked, because they were also dried out and hard and so was the cheese that was melted on the dish. The only fresh cooked things on the plate were my eggs that I requested over medium on top of the hash. I will never go back to this location when at the Austin Airport, it's not worth the price...

The one plus to this place... It's right across the way from Alaska gates in the airport. The chicken and waffles were horrible and for the price was even worse. Who knows when the grease has been changed or what. The chicken was dark, overcooked, nasty. So much so when I was done with the meal and the bartender/server saw all the nasty deep fry. He laughed and goes " oh, a little crispy today"--- ya think? We watched multiple people come in and not be greeted or serviced within a timely manor and left. While it seemed the only person working was the bartender. The two in the photo, started like this for roughly 15 minutes, this after sitting at a table for another 20 minutes with a cook from the back. Again, people were leaving because they were not getting service. My wife and I just chuckled while watching all of...

I would give this zero stars if possible. After standing for an extraordinary amount of time at the hostess stand we asked a server if we needed to seat ourselves or wait for a table-she refused to answer us and walked past us like she was too busy to answer. There were no signs at the hostess stand so we wanted to wait until we were told to sit before we assumed we could go into the restaurant and pick out a table. I have sat here for the past 10-15min and watched 3 other couples struggle with the same decision and eventually left without eating here. This is poorly managed and it’s no wonder places are struggling to stay in business. We will spend our money for food in the airport but it won’t be here. We decided to head to MAD Greens and the Burger Hut. We got great service and we’re glad to support other small businesses.

Been to this place twice in the last year when flying through AUS. Food is meh. Service is worse. Everyone was polite, but exceedingly slow even when I told them I had to leave for my flight soon. Last time I ordered a beer and a grilled cheese. Grilled cheese came after 20 minutes, and beer only came later. I told my waiter I had to leave soon and he said that someone "is working on the beer" (it was a tap beer). It wasn't clear to me why they couldn't just pour the beer and give it to me. The people next to me had the same issue with their Margherita. I didn't make a big deal about it and still tipped well since I understand that most food service workers aren't coming in right now. But this is an airport and people are in a hurry. When someone orders a drink, just give it to them without the needless delay.
