Absolute horrible experience. Unfortunatly I was refused service by an employee named Renee. My son and I walked to the register at 7:55 pm and asked if they were open. I was told they were closed said thank and walked away. I later passed by the same shop less than 5 minutes after and they were serving customers. Unfortunately I was with my 9 year old son and he saw that they were actually open. It is absolutely unfortunate that my child witness someone basically refusing service to us. Once retured my son to my husband, I asked Renee why she would refuse our service. I was told I didn't refuse your service, I just forgot I had extra in the back. This is absolutely unacceptable and was told that I was ragging her for asking why she we do that. I asked for a manager and no one could find them. The way she treated me and my son is absolutely horrible and we wil never return . I will definitely...
Read morehello there! i scanned the little barcode on the counter to rate my experience today but it brought me to a blank page so i thought id leave a review instead! I ordered a large and was given a small. When I asked if it was a large, I was told I ordered a small. I responded that I would pay the difference and the staff member repeated that I ordered a small and said I wasn’t going to pay $1.00 for cinnamon. I told her I was not going to argue and I would pay the difference. The cashier said that she would accommodate me, which I appreciated, it was the attitude I did not appreciate. The smoothie was very disappointing. I ordered the Honey Beary, which I have had twice before and loved. This one tasted like old bananas and honey and was very thin. Very...
