Usually I don’t have issues when I go in here..I dropped off my bracelet this past week to add two charms. They had me pin them on myself due to covid I get it. I’m pretty sure I had it spaced out where there was a link apart. When I picked it up, walking into the store the lady was hollering at me from the store asking what I need help with from the register, I get it they want ppl in and out but yikes I definitely felt rushed. And obligated to reply and shout. Then when I get my bracelet one of the charms put on is literally in front next to the other one. Very cluttered. When she asked how it looked. I said looks a bit cluttered, I guess I should eventually get some rearranged. The young lady then snapped saying “yeah- you should probably do that” with an attitude. With any other problem I’ve encounter like this they have always been willing to solve the issue right then and there. I didn’t leave happy and will now be taking it to a different James Avery. Also I feel that one charm definitely looks a little scuffed compared to when I took it. The sad thing is my friend had a bad experience last week too. when they went to drop off a charm they first questioned if it was even a James Avery charm refusing to add it. Read moreI’m a James Avery addict. I’ve lived all over Texas and this JA is by far the kindest, most amazing ever. One of my favorite girls is out on maternity leave, but there is a manager there with short black hair kinda tall; she is one super awesome person. I have never had anything but exceptional customer service at this location. Everyone that works here is awesome and I’m usually not real easy to work with as I have to have so much done at once. I took in a ton of charms to be added to about 5 bracelets and was about to go on vacation and asked if there was any way the could get them done in the 3 days before I left for New Zealand and they said no problem. They all go above and beyond for everyone. I just love MY James...

My time is really limited live far from the store and i have to come back to austin because wasn't able to do it today. Even know the first day I bought the bracelet it was super busy and they were able to put 2 charms in 20 minutes
