10/10 would recommend for next day delivery!! Sometimes you just don't have days in advance when you need to show someone you love a real gesture. Sometimes things happen and you need to be there from afar right away. SO many websites boast next day delivery but then when you get on the site they don't, or the bouquets the do offer are very basic and boring and insanely priced. Also, it's important to me to try to shop local and not through a major online business. I honestly was waiting for my order to not go through because it seemed too good to be true - not to mention it's valentines week!!!! I checked the date about 5 times just to make sure it somehow hadn't automatically changed to a week from when I wanted them delivered. I put in the online order the night I found out some hard news for my sister-in-law online and boom the next morning I got a text from her about how gorgeous they were. Expedite service! It is awesome they deliver the best service, and expedite delivery! Not in my case. I made an order, they emailed me that they cannot make it during the business hour and asked for different address to send. I provided my home address, no answer.

Next day, they were making funny excuses that my cell was not accepting any incoming calls. I had so many calls that I could pick up without any problems. They told me to get in touch with them. I emailed back saying just deliver it to the original address I put. It has been hours, no answer, no nothing!

I don't know about other star ratings, but the customer service I received is worse than worst. Standardizing your service is better than providing good customer services to your "regulars". If you can't read your email ALL DAY, do not send emails to customers. Send text message or work it in a way you can deliver...

I placed an order online and A Flower Junction was the company that completed the final product. What I ordered for my mother in law's funeral was sent completely wrong from what the online picture was. We even upgraded to mid level to amount to $176 total. The description has 8 different flowers and so many different colors but the delivered flower spray has 3 colors and cheaply made carnations and rose arrangement of flowers and not that big. I also had a banner added with a fee and no banner came with it. I had to quickly make a banner myself for the flowers. It was embarrassing to say that the flowers came from us. The company refused to resend a new spray asap for the 3 days ceremony and refused to refund any amount for the mistake. It was a hard time to lose a family member and to have to call the flower...
