My business here is done. I will NEVER go to this location as long as an unprofessional individual is working for this location named MARY. To no avail this person MARY hung up on me twice and in turn questioned if I was finished speaking with her and my response was had I said bye?! The person in question needs some continual training in order to understand that you should not cut off customers as though what you have to say is more important or what I was asking is irrelevant, you shouldn't interrupt abruptly to anyone when they are talking and most importantly...you MARY are very disrespectful to assume, use, or ask questions to an adult as though the customer illiterate, can't articulate, understand nor can't hear. I heard everything you said you got upset because I mentioned Josh, the most professional young man I've seen grow up at this location, we loss a friend/family in management at this location. Read moreWent in there yesterday to buy a tablet for my daughter and they didn't have the charger to go with it so I tried to buy one at a different store but they no longer carry the chargers for that particular iPad plus the iPad wouldn't allow me to type in my wifi password when I got home. Went back today (not even a full 24 hrs later) Jose the manager wouldn't allow me to get my money back. Instead he gave me store credit. Mind you the sales lady told me yesterday I have up to 24 hours to get my full refund for it back. I will be calling corporate first thing tomorrow morning. Josh not only showed, integrity, kindness and transparency he still went out of his way to ensure I had a good experience. No Haggling or trying to devalue my items.
