Edit: Ignore the ridiculous 1 star review from Sharon Doyle. It's not these lovely, hard-working business owners fault you don't know WHAT POKE IS Sharon!! Jesus Christ go back to Ohio if this is too new age and novel for you. This remains the best Poke in Austin.

There's a LOT of bad poke places in Austin. Small cuts of subpar fish, inconsistency with the sauces and topping, but still charging a buttload.

Epic Poke is not one of those. It is the best Poke in Austin that I've found, by a wide margin. You don't get little wimpy bit of day-old fish. You get big, chunky pieces that are closer to what you'd expect at Kome or a nice Sushi place, and every extra and topping neatly portioned out.

They have never messed up an order and always have it ready for pick up with a smile within 10-15m. They don't seem to offer Wasabi which is my only minor complaint, but I simply have my own at home from HEB so it's no biggie.

This place probably charges a bit more than most Poke places but it's worth the price, I promise. You get much better fish, much more of it.You can consistency and friendly, quick service.

Do yourself a favor a swing by for a really...

I stumbled across Nancy's Sky Garden because I do weightlifting in the same complex. I have pretty good eating habits and sometimes when I don't have my lunch prepared, eating out sometimes just gets stressful because everything out there is just not good. When I saw Gluten-Free and Low-Carb I was so curious but never had the opportunity to pop in. Well this week I finally did.... TWICE! Totally not what I expected - POKE BOWLS! I was pretty amped, as a lot of poke bowl spaces can't provide Gluten Free/Sugar Free/Low Carb Options and it be absolutely delightful, it is hands down my new favorite!

My second go round, I got to talk to Sarah, the owner of Nancy's Sky Garden on 290. She is caring, nurturing and interesting...just like her food!

Don't let it's business park location distract you from giving this restaurant a shot. It's truly a treasure and I am so happy I've found a healthy spot to eat where I know I'm not getting junk and super quality customer service. Thanks Sarah, you...

We came in about half an hour before closing, so the store was empty. They were out of unagi, so we built our own poke bowl ($17.95). The bowl was a generous size, but the portion of fish was noticeably small.

For the base, we chose sweet potato noodles and mixed greens--the noodles were well-seasoned and had a great texture. For protein, we picked ahi tuna and salmon, both of which were fresh and tasty. However, the fish-to-toppings ratio felt off, with much more filler than fish.

We added all the mix-ins and paid an extra $2.95 for avocado, which was fresh, ripe, and delicious. We also selected all the toppings. For dressing, we went with mango aloha and wasabi mayo--surprisingly, they paired well together. We also paid $2.75 for an extra side of spicy teriyaki dressing, which came in a large container and had a solid kick.

Overall, the poke bowl was delicious, but the light hand on the fish made it feel a...

Always amazing! I come here a couple of times a month and it never disappoints. Consistently high quality, packed with flavor—hands down one of the best poke spots in the city!

We found out when we entered that you do NOT order at the counter, but instead, you must order through an online kiosk, in the front of the store. Then they bring the food to your table. I ordered the OG Rice Bowl, which is listed as their most popular dish. He ordered a chicken and shrimp bowl. We also each ordered a bottle of iced tea. With the tip, our cost was more than $52.00, which was really expensive for this type of atmosphere, where you order from a kiosk! Then when I got my bowl and started to eat, I quickly realized that the salmon and tuna was raw, which was NOT listed on the board, or mentioned anywhere at all. I have eaten raw fish in the past but, I prefer to never eat raw fish. The flavor on the salad was good, so I ate about 1/2 to 2/3 of the food. After I left I had indigestion. This was NOT a good experience.
