Worst engraving job I've ever seen! Inside of sterling silver ring...letters are shadowed, and bumpy looking, and then they didn't have the engraved date right the 1st time around, which, to be fair, was corrected, but took an extra day, they had put February, so 2, vs. 12, forgot the 1 in front of the 2 for December, which was the correct month in the date. Still, after the date screw up, letters in the engraving turned out shadowed and bumpy looking and engraving was more costly than the actual price of the ring itself. Store owner tried to make it right by refunding $20 for essentially ruining my ring, and then trying to explain to me why the ring wasn't ruined by the horrible engraving job, even though it was, and then proceeded to tell me they do all the engraving for Kay Jewelers and other large name jewelry stores. As if that even matters, or I care, when he ruined my ring. Do yourself a huge favor....stay away and find someone that knows what they are doing and takes time to...

I HIGHLY recommend Lakeline Monogramming. They give very professional and provide EXCEPTIONAL customer service. I was pressed for time to buy a friend a gift for his new position at a new company. I talked to the owner and he told me which pens he had in the store, sent photos, and I picked one out over the phone. He also stayed later than he was originally scheduled to monogram the pen for me to pick up later. The monogramming was AMAZING and far exceeded my expectations. This saved me a ton of time.
